Transparency Update | Official Statement

Following the formal complaint filed by a homeowner regarding the unsettled Monthly Dues of BOD Secretary Mr. Paul Enrilou Aguas, the matter was discussed during a meeting between the Election Committee (ELECOM) and the Board of Directors held last night, June 30, 2026 at DHP Clubhouse.

In the interest of transparency and to provide the community with the proper context, we are sharing the official statement of Mr. Paul Enrilou Aguas regarding the concern raised. This is intended to present his side of the matter while the issue remains under discussion and is being addressed through the appropriate channels.

We, the ELECOM, would also like to clarify why Mr. Paul Enrilou Aguas was allowed to run for the Board of Directors. Based on the guidance provided by the DHSUD, all homeowners are considered to be in good standing unless there is a valid Board Resolution formally declaring them delinquent in accordance with the applicable rules and procedures. As of the time of the election, no such Board Resolution had been presented to ELECOM. Accordingly, Mr. Paul Enrilou Aguas met the eligibility requirements to run as a candidate for the Board of Directors.

We respectfully encourage everyone to refrain from speculation and allow the proper process to take its course. Further updates will be shared as they become officially available.

📢 UPDATE SA ATING ELECTRICITY UPGRADE

Magandang araw po sa lahat!

Nais po naming ipaalam na matagumpay nating nakausap ang PRESCO tungkol sa ating kahilingan para sa pagpapabuti ng electrical system ng ating komunidad.

Simula ngayong gabi at sa buong linggong ito, magsasagawa sila ng ocular assessment at reassessment ng ating mga electricity lines. Kasama rin sa kanilang ilalabas ang blueprint o plano kung saan maaaring ilagay ang mga bagong transformer.

May dalawang posibleng rekomendasyon mula sa kanilang assessment:

• Palitan ng mas malalaking transformer ang mga kasalukuyang gamit; o
• Magdagdag ng mga bagong transformer upang mabawasan ang load at mapabuti ang serbisyo.

Abangan po natin ang kanilang final assessment at rekomendasyon upang masimulan na ang kinakailangang pag-upgrade ng ating electrical system.

📣 GOOD NEWS, DECA HOMES TANGLE! Bible Study Group/Club

Isang napakagandang balita para sa ating komunidad — APPROVED na ang Community Bible Study na gaganapin sa ating DECA Homes Pampanga Clubhouse tuwing Miyerkules at Biyernes, mula hapon hanggang gabi.

Ito ay opisyal na pinahintulutan ng HOA Board Members (5) at PMO Office bilang bahagi ng ating layunin na palakasin ang samahan, kapayapaan, at espiritwal na paglago sa loob ng ating komunidad.

Ang lahat ng residente ay malugod na inaanyayahang makibahagi sa pag-aaral ng Salita ng Diyos at sa mas makabuluhang pagkakaisa ng ating komunidad. Pwede na rin po kayong buo ng Club para mas mahikayat ninyo ang mga tao sa loob ng ating komunidad.

Tayo ay sama-samang magtayo ng isang komunidad na may pagkakaisa, respeto, at pananampalataya.

DECA Homes Tangle — isang pamilyang nagkakaisa sa pag-asa at kabutihan.

Bible Study Club Organizational Structure
1. Study Leader / Facilitator: Guides the actual lesson, encourages discussion, and directs the group's theological focus.
2.Host / Coordinator: Manages logistics like venue setups, seating, and refreshments, ensuring a welcoming environment.
3.Administrator / Director: Handles broader programming, tracks attendance, and oversees the study schedule.
4.Mentor / Shepherd: A dedicated support person for checking in on the personal and spiritual needs of group members.

Update for PRESCO and BP Water Works! Good News!

Magandang balita para sa ating komunidad!

Ang ating Letter to Assessment ay opisyal nang naipasa at natanggap na ng mga tanggapan ng PRESCO at BP Water Works. Isa itong mahalagang hakbang tungo sa pagresolba at pagtalakay ng mga isyung may kinalaman sa ating serbisyo sa tubig at kuryente.

Sa panig ng PRESCO, nakatakda silang magpatawag ng pagpupulong kasama ang kanilang General Manager upang mapag-usapan ang ating mga kahilingan at mga susunod na hakbang.

Samantala, ang BP Water Works ay nagtakda na rin ng pulong sa darating na Martes, Hunyo 16, 2026, upang talakayin ang mga isinumiteng concerns at mga posibleng solusyon para sa kapakinabangan ng ating mga homeowners.

Patuloy po kaming (5 BOD Members) binabantayan ang mga developments at sisiguraduhin naming maiparating sa inyo ang mga updates sa tamang panahon. Maraming salamat sa inyong suporta, pakikiisa, at pagtitiwala. Sama-sama nating isinusulong ang mas maayos at mas mahusay na serbisyo para sa ating komunidad.

HOA Committees-DECA Homes Tangle Pampanga

Sa DECA Homes Tangle Pampanga, ang HOA Committees ay itinatag upang tiyaking ang bawat residente ay may maaasahang serbisyong pang‑komunidad at transparent na pamamahala.

Ang bawat komite ay may malinaw na mandato—mula sa seguridad, kalinisan, kapaligiran, kabuhayan, kultura, sports, disaster preparedness, hanggang sa grievance at audit—lahat ay nakatuon sa mas maayos, mas ligtas, at mas organisadong komunidad.

Ang pagkakaroon ng HOA Committees ay nagbibigay ng:
-Mas mabilis na aksyon sa pang‑araw‑araw na concerns
-Mas malinaw na proseso at accountability sa bawat proyekto
-Mas mataas na partisipasyon ng homeowners sa mga desisyon
-Mas matatag na sistema para sa kaayusan, kaligtasan, at pag‑unlad

Ang mga lider na ito ang nagsisilbing haligi ng serbisyo publiko sa loob ng ating subdivision—katuwang sa pagbuo ng isang komunidad na may malasakit, disiplina, at pagkakaisa.

📢 OFFICIAL HOA BOD OFFICERS FOR 2026

Following the successful conduct of the DECA Homes Pampanga HOA Election 2026, the five (5) elected Board of Directors convened and held their Organizational Meeting this afternoon, together with the EleComs and the Interim BODs.

Officially, here are their positions:

President – Julius Cesar Alpuerto (Pres One)

Vice President – Raul Suck Jr. (Zac)

Secretary – Paul Enrilou Aguas (Pau)

Treasurer – Nicole Valentin Limpin (Niks)

Auditor – Mary Rose Alcalde (Rusco)

Us, Elecoms, will now submit the election results and organizational meeting documents to DHSUD for proper recording and processing.

The formal assumption of office and official start of their term shall be announced once the necessary submissions and requirements have been acknowledged by DHSUD. we will update everyone once everything is all set for our leaders.

Let us all congratulate our newly elected HOA officers and wish them success as they prepare to serve and lead our community. 🤍
