"100 Trees for the Next 100 Years : A 50th Founding Anniversary Initiative of the Graduating Class AY 2025-2026:

Perpetualites recognize the importance of protecting and caring for the environment. Today (May 16, 2026) representatives of the Graduating Class of 2026 conducted a TREE PLANTING ACTIVITY at Brgy. Unzad, Villasis, Pangasinan spearheaded by the NSTP / COP Department, The Student Personnel Services, 18th AFP AMTC, AMSS (Pangasinan) & the Different Academic Departments of UPHS.

The activity signifies a legacy of hope and sustainability for the next generation.

One POND, Many HANDS : A Cooperative Catfish Raising Project at our Adopted Community, Brgy Pamaranum, Malasiqui, Pangasinan.

Through the initiative of the NSTP / Community Outreach Program Office of Perpetual Help College of Pangasinan, in partnership with Philippine Dental Association - Pangasinan Chapter under the banner of the Project ADING (Awareness and Dental Innovations for the Next Generation) Year 2 Program, the farmers cooperative of Brgy. Pamaranum have become recipients of 500 catfish fingerlings and sacks of fish feed as a sustainable, alternative source of income and healthy diet for the families in the community.

This project is part of the Year 2 program of activities of Project ADING to help alleviate the economic status of the people of Pamaranum in order for them to refocus to a more healthy lifestyle and proper dental care for their kids and the whole family.

In attendance were Mr. Cyril Anthony Campos - NSTP / COP Coordinator, Ms. Shiella Mae Dionisio - NSTP / COP Staff (Volunteer), Ms Erlinda Mangaliag and Mr Eugenio Centeno (Volunteer PHCP Employees), and John Lloyd Calangian - Volunteer 3rd Yr Criminology Student and an Advanced ROTC Officer representing the NSTP (ROTC) students, Hon. Gregorio Dela Cruz - Chairman of Brgy. Pamaranum, Hon. Nerissa Joaquin - Brgy. Councilor, among others.
This project was also conducted in cooperation with JCI Malasiqui, represented by Mr Reynel D. Crisostomo, member of the Board of Directors for the group.

In celebration of our 50th Founding Anniversary, we are giving back to our Golden Generation. 💛

On February 11, 2026, at Brgy. Pamaranum, Malasiqui, Pangasinan, the University of Perpetual Help System Pangasinan, through the Student Personnel Services and Guidance Center, will provide free wellness activities such as haircuts and manicure for our beloved senior citizens. 💇💈💅

Let LOVE be the Reason this SEASON!

As the University of Perpetual Help System prepares for the 50th Founding Anniversary, the UPHSP NSTP-COP Office, UPHSP ROTC Unit, and 18th AFP Affiliated Medical Training Center (Pangasinan) in partnership with Philippine Red Cross San Carlos Chapter and JCI Malasiqui invite you to GIVE BLOOD, SAVE LIVES (a Blood Donation Activity-Year 4) this February 12, 2026 at the UPHSP Function Hall starting at 8:00 in the morning up to 3:00 in the afternoon.
