TECHTALK 2026 | Guiding Young Leaders Toward Digital Wellness
Continuing his journey as a JCI Philippines Certified Trainer, Past President Ben A. Silva Jr. II was invited as one of the resource speakers during TECHTALK 2026: Guiding Young Leaders Toward Digital Wellness, held on June 25, 2026, at the Biñan People’s Center, City Hall Grounds, Barangay Zapote, City of Biñan, Laguna. The event was conducted in celebration of National ICT Month 2026, with the theme, “Isang Dekadang Digital: Konektado sa Puso at Serbisyo.”
He shared valuable insights on “Building Stronger Family Relationships in the Digital Age,” emphasizing the importance of nurturing meaningful family connections, promoting digital wellness, and maintaining a healthy balance between technology and personal relationships.
In a world where technology keeps us connected online, we must never forget the importance of being present for the people who matter most. After all, the strongest connections are not measured by internet speed, screen time, or online interactions, but by the love, time, and attention we give to one another.
As he continues his journey in leadership and service, he carries this meaningful reminder:
“Technology should bring us closer, not pull us apart. Let us use our devices to connect with the world, but never forget to disconnect from our screens so we can reconnect with the people who make our world meaningful.”
