(ICYDCI) is a membership-led umbrella
organisation that represents and supports the interests of voluntary youth organisations and uses its collective experience to act on issues that impact
on young people. ICYDCI is the representative body for youth in Iriga City and recognized through the registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission as a Non-Profit/Non-stock Corporation, National Youth

Commission accredited, accredited in the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Iriga as the Representative Body for
Youth Organisations under the Republic Act 8044 otherwise known as "Youth In Nation-Building Act",
and in its role as a Social Partner. ICYDCI maintains
relationships with a diverse range of external
bodies and represents to a policy-making and local government bodies.
