This week’s huddle dug into a powerful truth: when God’s church raises up the older generation to champion the young, something unstoppable is born. We talked about elders who believe, mentor, and back young leaders — not stepping in to lead for them, but standing behind them so a new generation can rise and carry the mission forward.

There’s something holy in that exchange: wisdom handing its torch to courage, experience clearing space for fresh fire. It looks like encouragement in a text, a trusted voice that says “go,” and a community that invests time, prayer, and resources into the people God’s calling. Because life is a team sport! 🫱🏽‍🫲🏻

If you’re longing for a place where elders support your leadership or where you can stand behind someone younger and empower them, come sit with us 🪑 We’re building an army — gentle, brave, and held together by faith. There’s room for your story.

We’re blessed to live in a time when service, faith, and vulnerability are “cool.” Feast Youth Imus is especially blessed with thoughtful young leaders—cycle breakers and light-bearers 🌈

At Sunday’s huddle we invited a 13-year-old. Despite the risk of being turned down, we invited him still, and then he accepted. When asked for his blessing of the week, he said, “finally being included (to the youth huddle).” It was our first time meeting him, and yet that ordinary Sunday made all the difference for him.

This is the Jesus culture: choosing inconvenience, inviting again despite rejection, and showing up for others. We must first become the villager before we gain a village. You might even encounter Jesus through a simple invitation.

If you’re looking for community, consider inviting someone—or join ours; there’s always room 🤗

Before we build a village, we must be villagers—present, humble, and willing to serve. Last night’s first fellowship of the year reminded us how rare it is to find friendships that stay with you from awkward 12 to messy 16 and into who we are now. We celebrated highs, reflected on lows, and we thank God for the privilege of growing (up) together and showing up for one another.

We ate good food, had great conversations, and an even better time together—whether it was actively commenting on the movie’s direction or listening to each other dream, it was a testament that every person God sends into our lives serves a purpose, and no matter how much time passes, our youth will forever be engraved in our hearts.

Rest assured, the kids will be fine. Thank you for your service and friendship, Youth Core! 🤍

Our deepest gratitude to our Feast Imus Pillars and Builder for their steady love and guidance. Here’s to more nights like this, more hearts that stay, and a bigger village to grow.

Every Sunday is our reminder that friendship is a quiet blessing from God. Through this ministry we’ve found family: people who celebrate our highs, hold us in our lows, and walk beside us through every season 🍃

Grateful for the hands that steady us and the hearts that journey with us 🤍

Overflowing blessings through good food, good company, and 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴—last Saturday’s Imus Family Day (May 23) proved that when Jesus is at the center, grace flows through every generation.

We honor everyone who served behind the scenes; congratulations to the Hermoso, Almazan, and Villas families for spearheading our 5th consecutive Family Day. We are so blessed to see our Feast Imus family growing! ❤️

We also offer heartfelt thanks to all who supported the youth fundraising. More goodies every Sunday at the Feast lobby—come, share, and let this hope spark discipleship.
