5𝙩𝙝 𝙖𝙣𝙙 6𝙩𝙝 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙧 𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 Instruction- Rule of Law, Security Awareness, Followership 1, and AFP Mandate, Mission, Function, and Organization.

On 290600H August 2026, all enrolled 1st Year Criminology students of 𝙋𝙃𝙄𝙉𝙈𝘼 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙄𝙡𝙤𝙞𝙡𝙤 𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 Unit gathered at 𝙅𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙣𝙞 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝘼𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙖 𝙎𝙩, 𝙇𝙖𝙥𝙪𝙯, 𝙄𝙡𝙤𝙞𝙡𝙤. The morning session started at 0600H, commencing with the 5th Regular ROTC Instruction. Cadets attended lectures on the Rule of Law and Security Awareness, conducted by the 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮 (𝙉𝙄𝘾𝘼) instilling foundational knowledge of legal principles and 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙘𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙛𝙪𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙩𝙨’ 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙫𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚.

Training resumed at 1300H for the 6th Regular ROTC Instruction. Sessions focused on Followership I and a comprehensive lecture on the 𝘼𝙁𝙋 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚, 𝙈𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙁𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙊𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. These topics reinforced the core values of effective followership, institutional purpose, and the structure of the nation’s armed forces—essential pillars of military service and civic duty.

The entire training activity concluded successfully at 1700H, with all objectives achieved. The event deepened the cadets’ understanding of legal standards, national security, organizational structure, and the vital role of followership—strengthening their discipline, patriotism, and commitment to the ROTC’s core tenets of 𝙃𝙤𝙣𝙤𝙧, 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙢, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘿𝙪𝙩𝙮.

On 261600H August 2026, the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) of PHINMA University of Iloilo received a recognition at the University Campus Gymnasium. From the Center for Student Development and Leadership (CSDL), we were granted our Certificate of Accreditation—officially declaring us a Recognized Student Organization for the Academic Year 2026–2027.

Being recognized means we are trusted to uphold the values of our cadets. It is a reminder that our efforts are seen and our standards are met. Yet, it is also a responsibility: we must continue to live up to this honor, to grow stronger as an organization, and to prove that the ROTC is not only a training ground for future officers but a pillar of leadership and service in our university.

As we hold this certificate, we carry it not just as an achievement, but as a promise—to keep marching forward, to serve our university and our country with even greater dedication, and to make this recognition the beginning of something truly meaningful.

10𝙩𝙝 𝙍𝙀𝙎𝘾𝙊𝙈 𝙋𝘼-𝙒𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝘽𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝘿𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮 – 𝘼𝙘𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙚𝙡𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚

On 15 August 2026, the 604𝙩𝙝 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘿𝙚𝙛𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙚 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧, 6𝙩𝙝 𝙍𝘾𝘿𝙂, 𝙍𝙀𝙎𝘾𝙊𝙈, 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝘼𝙧𝙢𝙮, in partnership with Central Philippine University and the Office of City Councilor Alan Zaldívar, successfully conducted the 10th 𝙍𝙀𝙎𝘾𝙊𝙈 𝙋𝘼-𝙒𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝘽𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝘿𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮 at 𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝘼𝙪𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙪𝙢, 𝘾𝙋𝙐, 𝙄𝙡𝙤𝙞𝙡𝙤 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮.

𝘾𝙊𝙇 𝙈𝙄𝘾𝙃𝘼𝙀𝙇 𝙉. 𝘼𝙎𝙐𝙉𝘾𝙄𝙊𝙉 𝘾𝙀 (𝙂𝙎𝘾) 𝙋𝘼, 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧, 604𝙩𝙝,𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙩 and 𝘾𝙊𝙇 𝙀𝘿𝙍𝘼𝙇𝙄𝙉 𝙇. 𝙋𝙊𝘽𝙇𝙀𝙏𝙀 𝘼𝙍𝙏 (𝙂𝙎𝘾) 𝙋𝘼,𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙥 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧, 6𝙍𝘾𝘿𝙂 together with the training staff, supported the successful conduct of the activity, which promoted volunteerism, compassion, and selfless service. “𝘿𝙪𝙜𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙡𝙖𝙮, 𝘿𝙪𝙜𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙪𝙝𝙖𝙮. 4𝙩𝙝 𝙍𝙀𝙂𝙐𝙇𝘼𝙍 𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 – ᴅɪsᴄɪᴘʟɪɴᴇ, ᴠᴀʟᴜᴇs, ᴀɴᴅ sᴇʀᴠɪᴄᴇ

On 15 August 2026, the 𝙋𝙃𝙄𝙉𝙈𝘼 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙄𝙡𝙤𝙞𝙡𝙤 𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩, in coordination with the 604𝙩𝙝 (𝙄𝙇𝙊) 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘿𝙚𝙛𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙚 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧, 6𝙩𝙝 𝙍𝘾𝘿𝙂, 𝙍𝙀𝙎𝘾𝙊𝙈 𝙋𝘼, conducted its 4th Regular ROTC Instruction for all enrolled 1𝙨𝙩 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝘾𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨at 𝙅𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙣𝙞 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡, 𝙇𝙖𝙥𝙪𝙯, 𝙄𝙡𝙤𝙞𝙡𝙤City.

The activity included a Preliminary Examination and Values Education Lecture, designed to strengthen the cadets’ knowledge, character, discipline, and sense of responsibility.

The ROTC Instructors and Training Staff, together with the Advance Cadet Officers, guided the cadets throughout the instruction. The students actively participated and demonstrated𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙧 𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜,𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠, and𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚, reflecting the𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙃𝙤𝙣𝙤𝙧, 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙢, and 𝘿𝙪𝙩𝙮.

3𝙧𝙙 𝙍𝙀𝙂𝙐𝙇𝘼𝙍 𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 – ᴍɪʟɪᴛᴀʀʏ ᴄᴜsᴛᴏᴍs, ᴛʀᴀᴅɪᴛɪᴏɴ, ᴀɴᴅ ᴄᴏʀᴇ ᴠᴀʟᴜᴇs

On 07 0600-1200H 𝘼𝙪𝙜𝙪𝙨𝙩 2026, the 𝙋𝙃𝙄𝙉𝙈𝘼 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙄𝙡𝙤𝙞𝙡𝙤 𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩, in coordination with the 604th (ILO) Community Defense Center, 6RCDG, RESCOM PA, successfully conducted its 3rd Regular ROTC Instruction for all enrolled 1st Year Criminology students at Jalandoni Memorial National High School, Abanilla St., Lapuz, Iloilo City.

𝘾𝙊𝙇 𝙈𝙄𝘾𝘼𝙀𝙇 𝙉 𝘼𝙎𝙐𝙉𝘾𝙄𝙊𝙉 𝘾𝙀 (𝙂𝙎𝘾) 𝙋𝘼, 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧,604𝙩𝙝,𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙩, Instructors, together with the Advance Cadet Officers, assisted in the conduct of the activity aimed to strengthen the students’ understanding of 𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚, 𝙘𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙨, 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚𝙨 in both military training and everyday life expected of future criminology professionals and responsible citizens. The session provided an opportunity for the students to develop greater appreciation for the principles of 𝙃𝙤𝙣𝙤𝙧, 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙢 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙪𝙩𝙮 . Their assistance and guidance contributed to the smooth and organized implementation of the training activities.

Throughout the activity, the students actively participated and demonstrated proper military bearing and discipline. The training served not only as an avenue for learning but also as a means of developing teamwork, confidence, respect, and a sense of responsibility among the participants.
