Different colors. Different names. Different political camps.
But beneath the colors are issues that Filipinos continue to struggle withโ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐ฌ๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐, ๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐-๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐๐๐ญ๐ฌ, ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐ฅ๐๐ฐ, ๐ช๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ ๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ง๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐ฌ, ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฏ๐ข๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐ that has become an unsettling part of our everyday news. From r**e and drug-related crimes to the killing of a two-year-old child and the stabbing of a Move It rider, these realities remind us that politics is not merely about personalities, parties, or colors.

And as political identities grow increasingly divided, so does the question of what we choose to see, and what we choose to ignore.

The 1987 Philippine Constitution recognizes the vital role of the youth in nation-building and encourages their involvement in public and civic affairs (Article II, Section 13). From the very beginning, ๐๐ฎ๐ค๐๐ฐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐๐๐ญ was crafted with the intention of increasing the youthโs political consciousness and critical thinking.
From the first Pukaw Project in 2024, we now take another step forward with ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ 2.0. A series of brief educational discussions that seeks to engage the youth in understanding the stateโs political situations and the issues that matter. Because being politically aware is not about choosing a color.
It is about knowing what lies beneath it.
It is about challenging what we are told.
It is about thinking beyond personalities, parties, and propaganda.
๐๐ฎ๐ค๐๐ฐ 2.0: ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ . ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข. ๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ฉ.
