In celebration of Red Cross Youth Month 2025, the 4th and 5th Congressional District RCY Councils successfully conducted a Leadership Training Program (LTP) last Nov 8, 2025, at PRC Iloilo Chapter, Training Center.

The activity brought together 167 Red Cross Youth members from various councils, guided by 16 RCY advisers, with the support of 3 C*C members and 1 Chapter Service Representative (CSR).

The program aimed to enhance leadership skills, teamwork, and humanitarian commitment among emerging youth leaders.

Through initiatives like this, the Red Cross Youth continues to empower young volunteers as compassionate leaders and agents of positive change, embodying the principles of service and humanity.

Hindi matatawaran ang inyong dedikasyon at malasakit na ipinamalas sa bawat gawaing makatao. Sa bawat pagtulong, sa bawat oras na inilaan ninyo para sa kapakanan ng iba, ipinakita ninyo ang tunay na diwa ng boluntaryong paglilingkod. Isang paglilingkod na walang hinihinging kapalit kundi ang kaginhawaan at kaligtasan ng kapwa.

Habang kayo ay humaharap sa mga bagong simula sa labas ng mga silid ng UPHSI, nawa’y baunin ninyo ang mga aral ng empatiya, pamumuno, at pagkakaisa na humubog sa inyong paglalakbay dito. Patuloy ninyong dalhin ang diwang ito sa mga komunidad na inyong paglilingkuran, saanmang panig ng mundo kayo dalhin ng inyong mga pangarap.

Ang inyong pagtatapos ay hindi wakas, kundi panibagong simula ng mas malawak na misyon—ang maging liwanag sa gitna ng pangangailangan, maging tinig para sa mga inaapi, at maging sandigan ng pag-asa para sa mga nawalan ng lakas.

Live the Fundamental Principles of the Red Cross: humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary service, unity, and universality, not just in words, but through your everyday actions.

On February 9, 2025, the 𝐔𝐏𝐇𝐒𝐈 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 successfully completed the 𝐄𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐢𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐄𝐅𝐀𝐓), equipping 40 members with essential life-saving skills.

A huge congratulations to our trainees for their dedication and commitment to learning first aid! 🎉

A sincere thank you to our instructors—Ms. Kristal Jale Nogra and Ms. Sharina Toque from the Safety Service of Philippine Red Cross Iloilo Chapter—for sharing their expertise and ensuring a comprehensive training session. Your guidance made this training possible.
