💫ASSSA Cash Assistance and Rice Subsidy
Successfully Concluded

📢The Administrative Staff and Support Services Association successfully concluded the distribution of cash assistance and rice subsidy infront of the Student Center (OSA building) to all ASSSA members last June 24,2026.

This initiative was undertaken to provide immediate support and relief to our members during this challenging time.

📌Members who have not yet claimed their assistance are requested to coordinate with Sir Berns Mendoza to receive their benefits.

🤲Our heartfelt gratitude goes to everyone who contributed their time, effort and support to make this activity a success.Your commitment and compassion truly reflects the spirit of unity and services to everyone.

Mindanao State University – General Santos has produced an estimated 85+ board exam topnotchers over the past five years!
From Education to Accountancy and Engineering, MSU GenSan continues to prove its commitment to academic excellence and national competitiveness.

The MSU-ASSSA will conduct a distribution of rice and cash assistance of P200 to all members.

The distribution will be held on June 24,2025 from 1:00PM to 5:00PM in front of OSA building.

This activity aims to extend assistance to all ASSSA members reflecting our commitment to solidarity, compassion, and mutual care especially during this challenging time of calamity

Together, We rise and support one another in times of need.

LOOK: The MSU-Administrative Staff and Support Services Association successfully conducted its Basic Orientation Seminar on April 08,2026 .

The seminar was attended by VC for Administration and Finance Prof Sheila Juaman Loable MS; Ms. Elvira F. Pasicolan, RN; ASSSA Officers and MSU selected participants.

The activity aimed to orient participants on the objectives and goals of the association of fostering awareness and engagement among members and stakeholders.

The organizers express their heartfelt gratitude to the Almighty GOD for the guidance and strength , to the University Chancellor Chancellor Shidik Zed T. Abantas MDM,LLM for the approval of the conduct of the activity , to the Vice Chancellor for Admin and Finance, Prof. Sheila J. Loable, to the speakers and all individual who contributed to the success of the seminar.

This initiatiave marks an important step towards fostering an excellent workplace environment and developing highly competent employees in support m of the university's vision of becoming a smart university.
