Task Force Kabataan Task Force Kabataan (TFK) is an organization formed by the youth members of Pangarap Foundation, Inc.- Paliparan Community Development Program in Brgy.

Paliparan III, Dasmariñas City, Cavite. Task Force Kabataan was originally formed to address the gang problems in Brgy. But because of the developments through the efforts of the organization and community, active youth gangs has been significantly decreased. In 2011, the "Batang Ka-Limos" outreach project became the focus of the group which aims to minimize begging and scavenging children in the

street. The group provides educational assistance, tutorial lessons and seminars to the children which are sustained through conducting different fundraising activities.
