Attention: Newly Passed REEs and. RMEs in the Bicol Region

Face-to-Face Oathtaking of the New Registered Electrical Engineers and Registered Master Electricians

The face-to-face mass oathtaking of the new Registered Electrical Engineers and Registered Master Electricians will be held on the following dates and venues:

All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at https://online.prc.gov.ph/ to confirm their attendance.

Inductees are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as “attended”.

Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Online Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.

After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph.

June 16, 2026

The Professional Regulation Commission Office V - Legazpi City in partnership with the Provincial Government of Camarines Norte will conduct a mobile service in Daet, Camarines Norte on June 22 &23, 2026 at SM City Daet, Camarines Norte.

The services that will be made available during the activity are as follows:

1. Renewal of Licenses
2. Issuance of duplicate Professional Identification Cards (PIC)
3. Processing application for various board examinations.
4. Initial Registration for Board Passers (with proof of attendance to oathtaking)
5. Request for Certification of Good Standing, Passing and Rating
6. Request for Authentication
7. Technical Assistance

A separate slot allocation for Renewal, Registration, Examination, Certification and Authentication of PRC issued documents will be provided for the mobile transactions.

Slots will be made available five (5) days prior to the mobile outreach program. NO WALK-IN APPLICANTS WILL BE ENTERTAINED. All applicants are therefore advised to accomplish the Online Requirement for their transactions ahead of time and to strictly follow their respective appointment date.

To direct the flow and ensure the orderly conduct of the mobile services, all applicants must strictly comply with the systems and procedures set by our partner agency and the PRC Mobile Team.
