On February 22, 2026, at around 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon, a community outreach activity was successfully spearheaded and conducted by the key officers and members of One Camnorteño Sanlakas Eagles Club under the leadership of Kuya Roel M. Vasquez, together with the One Camnorteño Buklod Eagles Club under the leadership of Kuya Elpidio C. Vergara Jr., and with the collaboration from Dra. Maria Rosanna Chan-Agustin, Mrs. Jennifer Chan-Santos, and Mrs. Krish Chan-Mancenido, with the valuable assistance of the Labo Municipal Police Station (PNP Labo MPS) headed by PLTCOL Andy O. Rosero, Chief of Police. The activity took place at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Orphanage located in Barangay Mabilo II, Labo, Camarines Norte.
The outreach aimed to extend assistance and share blessings with the orphanage community, particularly the four (4) children under its care, as well as the dedicated nuns and staff who continuously provide guidance, protection, and daily support to the children.
During the activity, essential goods were formally turned over to the orphanage. These included vitamins and medicines to support the health and immunity of the children and staff, milk to supplement the children’s nutritional needs, diapers for daily care, and various cooking and cleaning supplies to help sustain the orphanage’s daily operations and maintain proper sanitation. The donated items were carefully prepared through the collective efforts of the participating organizations.
The beneficiaries warmly welcomed the members of the Eagles Clubs and the personnel from PNP Labo MPS. A short program and simple interaction followed, fostering a cheerful and meaningful atmosphere. The children expressed their joy through smiles and active engagement, while the nuns and staff conveyed their sincere gratitude for the generosity and compassion shown by the donors.
The collaboration between the civic organizations and the local police unit highlighted the spirit of volunteerism, unity, and social responsibility. The presence of PNP Labo MPS further emphasized community partnership and support for humanitarian initiatives within the municipality.
The activity concluded successfully, leaving a positive impact on both the beneficiaries and the organizers. It strengthened the commitment of the One Camnorteño Sanlakas Eagles Club and the One Camnorteño Buklod Eagles Club to continue conducting outreach programs that promote care, compassion, and service to the community.
