The United Kabalikat Civicom 53M Carmona City Chapter remained actively deployed at Davilan Food Park on May17, 2026, in coordination with Carmona Pulis to ensure the safety, peace, and order of the community.

During the operation, our team immediately responded to a self-accident involving a motorist along Davilan Road. First aid assistance was promptly rendered by our responders before the victim was further assisted for proper medical attention.

This incident highlights the importance of vigilance, quick response, and teamwork in serving and protecting the public.

We continue to remind all motorists to drive safely and responsibly at all times.

🏆💙 CHAMPIONS IN UNITY | BLUE TEAM VICTORIOUS 💙🏆

The United Kabalikat Civicom 53M Carmona City Chapter proudly joined forces with different Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in a day filled with fun, friendship, and meaningful collaboration representing different colors.
The spirit of camaraderie, teamwork, and unity truly shined during the celebration of the 4th Anniversary of Carmona People’s Council Fun Day Ugnayan at Bayanihan 2026 held on May 16, 2026 at Carsigma Gym.

Special thanks to the City Government of Carmona, CSO Desk Officer Mam Cien Angela Baurile and CPC Chairman Sir Patrick Doloroso and to all the staff and crew who joined forces and worked tirelessly in making this successful event possible. Your dedication and support truly made this celebration memorable for everyone. 💙✨

With determination, teamwork, and unstoppable energy, the BLUE TEAM emerged as the FIRST EVER CHAMPION of the Carmona People’s Council Fun Day under the excellent leadership of Sir Buddy Famero Advincula 🏅🎉

The United Kabalikat Civicom 53M Carmona City Chapter proudly participated as Marshals during the Simulation Exercise conducted on May 15, 2026, at Carsigma Gym in coordination with Carmona Pulis and the Carmona SWAT Team.
This joint activity aimed to strengthen coordination, communication, crowd management, and emergency response readiness among participating units to ensure faster, safer, and more organized actions during critical incidents and public emergencies.
Our dedicated UKC 53M volunteers actively assisted in traffic and crowd control, area security, and operational support throughout the exercise, showcasing teamwork, discipline, and commitment in serving the community through radio communication from different postings.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Carmona Pulis, Carmona SWAT Team, Carmona City Information Office, UPLINK, and Carmona CDRRMO for the opportunity to work together in enhancing public safety preparedness and strengthening inter-agency cooperation.

The United Kabalikat Civicom 53M Carmona City Chapter actively participated in the 2-day Radio Communication and Martial Preparatory Practice on May 11 & 13, 2026, in coordination with Carmona Pulis and the SWAT Team as part of the ongoing preparation for the upcoming Simulation Exercise .

This activity aimed to strengthen teamwork, discipline, coordination, and emergency response capabilities among participating units to ensure effective communication and quick action during critical incidents and disaster response operations.

Through continuous training and collaboration, UKC 53M remains committed to enhancing the skills and readiness of its members in serving and protecting the community.

We extend our appreciation to Carmona Pulis and the SWAT Team for the valuable learning experience and strong partnership in promoting preparedness, safety, and operational excellence.

The United Kabalikat Civicom 53M Carmona City Chapter was actively deployed at Davilan Food Park on standby duty, in close coordination with Carmona Pulis, ensuring the safety, peace, and order of the community on May 9, 2026.

During the operation, our team promptly responded to a reported road crash incident along Davilan Road. A cyclist figured in a collision after hitting a motorcycle, sustaining multiple abrasions on both upper and lower extremities. UKC 53M responders immediately administered first aid treatment at the scene, ensuring the victim received timely care and was stabilized.

The patient is transported by the Brgy. Lantic Responders to the nearest hospital for further treatment with the assistance of CARTMO.

A cyclist figured in a collision after hitting a parked motorcycle, sustaining multiple abrasions on both upper and lower extremities. UKC 53M responders immediately administered first aid treatment at the scene, ensuring the victim received timely care and was stabilized.

The patient refused transport to the hospital. The incident was properly endorsed to CARTMO, under Sir Adrian Cruz, for documentation and appropriate arrangements regarding the damage to the parked motorcycle.

The United Kabalikat Civicom 53M Carmona City Chapter proudly served as standby first aiders and public assistance providers at Davilan Food Park, on April 26, 2026, in close coordination with Carmona Pulis, ensuring the safety and well-being of all visitors.

During the operation, our team successfully handled the following incidents:

📱 Lost & Found Assistance
A reported missing cellphone unit (iPhone) was promptly attended to and properly documented for coordination and retrieval.

👶 Missing Child Assistance
A child was safely recovered and immediately endorsed to our staging area, where proper assistance and coordination were provided until reunited.

🩺 Public Health Monitoring
Free blood pressure (BP) monitoring was conducted for visitors, promoting health awareness and preventive care within the community.

Through teamwork, vigilance, and commitment to service, UKC 53M continues to deliver service beyond duty.

✨ Strengthening Communication, Building Discipline ✨

The United Kabalikat Civicom 53M Carmona City Chapter successfully conducted a Radio Ethics Training for the dedicated Brgy. Tanod of Brgy. Maduya, held at the Brgy. Maduya Conference Room on April 25, 2026. This initiative aimed to enhance proper radio communication, promote on-air discipline, and ensure efficient coordination during operations and emergencies.

This meaningful activity was made possible through the strong leadership and support of Brgy. Captain Hon. Danlist Tenedero and Brgy. Councilor Hon. Eugene Manarin, whose commitment to community safety and capacity-building continues to empower our local frontliners.

We commend the Brgy. Maduya Tanods, headed by Sir Scezarie Martinez, for their active participation and dedication to improving their skills in serving and protecting the community.
