JCI Carmona successfully conducted its 2nd Quarter General Membership Meetings for May and June, bringing together members to strengthen communication, celebrate milestones, and align on the organization's goals and upcoming initiatives.

These meetings served as a platform to discuss project updates, organizational matters, upcoming activities, and opportunities for every member to contribute meaningfully to our mission. Through open dialogue, collaboration, and shared commitment, we continue to build a stronger and more united Local Organization.

Every General Membership Meeting is more than just an assembly—it is a reminder that leadership grows through participation, accountability, and collective action.

His participation reflects our chapter's unwavering commitment to staying engaged in Area affairs, strengthening collaboration with fellow Local Organizations, and contributing to meaningful discussions that drive the growth of JCI in the region.

Last June 5, 2026, our daily heroes behind the wheels took another step towards greater heroism in serving our community through 𝗧𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗢: 𝗔 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗶𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗮, 𝗖𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲.

This meaningful initiative was made possible through the collective efforts of the BSHM 1A and 1B NSTP students, in partnership with the City Tricycle Franchising and Regulatory Board (CTFRB), reflecting a shared commitment to promoting road safety, emergency preparedness, and community service in alignment with UNSDG 3 (𝙂𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙒𝙚𝙡𝙡-𝘽𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜), 8 (𝘿𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙘 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙩𝙝), 𝙖𝙣𝙙 11 (𝙎𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨).

JCI Carmona extends its heartfelt appreciation to 𝗠𝗮'𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗼𝘀𝗮 for her invaluable support in making this initiative a success. We also express our sincere gratitude to 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗼 𝗥. 𝗙𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘀 of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Carmona for sharing their expertise on road safety. Through their informative discussions, our tricycle drivers gained valuable knowledge on responsible driving, emergency preparedness, and proper response during road incidents—empowering them to become safer, more responsible, and better-equipped public servants for the community.

As part of the seminar, 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗱𝘆 𝗙. 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮, Team Leader of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO), conducted an informative session on Basic First Aid during possible disasters or road incidents, equipping our tricycle drivers with essential life-saving knowledge and practical skills to respond effectively during emergencies while awaiting professional medical assistance. As a token of appreciation for their dedication and service, our dear tricycle drivers received hygiene kits, food packs, and arm sleeves to recognize their essential role in keeping our community safe, connected, and moving every day.

Each seed planted today blooms into a more hopeful tomorrow. 🌿✨

Through 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐒.𝐄.𝐄.𝐃. (𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭) under the banner of TOFARM national priority program, we empowered families with valuable knowledge on food security and urban gardening 🪴—proving that even the smallest garden can 𝙂𝙊 learn about sustainability and help 𝙂𝙍𝙊𝙒 𝙇𝙊𝘾𝘼𝙇 and contribute to local food security with hope, nourishment, resilience, and brighter futures. 🌼🌞

This meaningful initiative was made possible through the dedication and teamwork of the NSTP students of BSHM 1A, Cavite State University – Carmona Campus, in partnership with the Office of the City Agriculturist, City Government of Carmona.

Together, participants received vegetable seeds, seedlings, and planting pots to help them begin their own edible gardens at home. 🏡

We were honored to be joined by 18 𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 2 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨, proving that when families come together to grow food, they also cultivate healthier homes, stronger communities, and lasting hope. 💚

🌿✨ 𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐀𝐃𝐀 𝐊𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐍 ✨🌿

While Brigada Eskwela prepares schools to open their doors for learners, 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐝𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧 prepares our environment for a better future. 📚🌿💚

Through this initiative, in partnership with the NSTP students of BSHM 1B from Cavite State University – Carmona Campus, we turned service into stewardship by planting 30 trees and ornamental plants within the grounds of Maduya Elementary School. Every tree we planted represents our commitment to creating cleaner air, a cooler environment, and a greener future where the next generation can thrive. 🍃

We also had the opportunity to spend meaningful time with the children through an inspiring talk on environmental awareness. Together, we shared the importance of loving and caring for nature, showing them that protecting the environment begins with simple everyday actions. Their enthusiasm reminded us that even the smallest hands can make a big difference in building a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable community. 💚🌼

After all, schools are more than just buildings—they are places where future leaders are nurtured, and where the values of environmental responsibility can take root and flourish.

On June 28, JCI Carmona proudly stood with the community of Brgy. Lantic for the Walk with Pride National Priority Program, 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙: 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙒𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮.

Together with local CSOs and LGBTQIA+ organizations, JCI Carmona launched its 𝘿𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙀𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 (𝘿𝙀𝙄) 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙋𝙡𝙚𝙙𝙜𝙚 𝙎𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜, reaffirming our commitment to champion the rights, dignity, and equality of every LGBTQIA+ Filipino. United, we marched with pride and stood together in saying no to discrimination and social stigma.

The celebration continued with exciting activities, including a sportsfest for LGBTQIA+ participants and a boodle fight that brought everyone together in the spirit of friendship, love, and community. ✨

Pride is more than a celebration—it is also about caring for one another. To promote stigma-free and inclusive healthcare, safe s*x kits were distributed alongside a gender health education seminar, empowering participants with knowledge to make informed and healthy choices.

Together, we move by building safe, inclusive, and empowered communities—because everyone deserves to be seen, heard, respected, and valued. 💙🏳️‍🌈

JCI Carmona successfully concluded the 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙 2026, a meaningful initiative dedicated to recognizing and celebrating outstanding young leaders in the City of Carmona who exemplify excellence, integrity, initiative, and service in their respective schools and communities.

Held on May 31, 2026, at the Carmona City Penthouse, the event gathered student leaders, youth advocates, educators, and community stakeholders in an inspiring afternoon of recognition, learning, and collaboration. Beyond honoring exceptional youth achievers, participants also took part in a leadership development session that strengthened their vision of becoming responsible and purpose-driven changemakers.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our esteemed speaker, Kenneth L. Bien, for generously sharing his time and expertise. His insightful discussion on leadership provided meaningful guidance and inspiration to our young leaders, reminding them of the importance of integrity, communication, and service in shaping impactful communities.

To our awardees, nominees, partner institutions, guest speakers, volunteers, sponsors, and everyone who contributed to the success of this program—thank you for making YLEA 2026 a true celebration of leadership, excellence, and youth empowerment.
