The Junior Philippine Computer Society โ€“ Divine Word College of Calapan (JPCSโ€“DWCC) Chapter successfully conducted its Third Executive Council Meeting for Academic Year 2026โ€“2027 on October 15, 2026, at the Consultation Room. The meeting was presided over by the Chapter President, with the majority of the officers in attendance.

During the meeting, the Board of Officers received updates from the Committee on Membership on the recent online registration, and from the Committee on Budget and Management, which presented the chapter's financial status for the period. The council also reviewed the schedule of activities for the upcoming 8th MIMAROPA Regional IT Congress and formally approved Article VIII, Section 4 of the Constitution and By-Laws on the Attendance and Participation of Members.

This milestone reflects the council's continued commitment to transparent governance and organized planning as they move forward with their programs for the year.

The Junior Philippine Computer Society โ€“ Divine Word College of Calapan (JPCSโ€“DWCC) Chapter successfully conducted its Second Executive Council Meeting for Academic Year 2026โ€“2027 on September 15, 2026, at the Consultation Room. The meeting was presided over by the Chapter President, with the majority of the officers in attendance.

During the meeting, the Board of Officers discussed updates on JPCS National Membership, with the drive set to begin on September 16, 2026, and tackled preparations for the upcoming All-BSIT Students Team Building on September 26, 2026, along with plans for the officers' shirt distribution. The council also formally elected the chairpersons and members of its seven standing committees, namely Audit, Academics, Membership, Elections, Program and Activities, CES, and Budger and Management, to help carry out the chapter's programs for the year.

The officers likewise reviewed and approved revisions to the fine structures under Article VIII of the Constitution and By-Laws, reflecting the council's continued commitment to fair and responsive governance as they move forward with their term.
