Welcome to the official page of the Alliance of Junior Political Scientists - Divine Word College of Calapan, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro.

The official student organization of the Political Science majors under the Liberal Arts and Criminology Department of the Divine Word College of Calapan. Established in 1996, it continues to develop leadership potentials through activities that will use their abilities in serving God, country and people, to give its members the chance to sharpen and develop further their knowledge on politics, to

advance the students’ interest and awareness in political affairs locally and internationally, and to likewise encourage the members to participate in activities that will promote social services to the community. On June 15, 2013, the organization was formally affiliated with the Association of Political Science Organizations of the Philippines, thus beginning another chapter in the group's history. As academic year 2022-2022 opens, the organization officially changed its name to Alliance of Junior Political Scientists during its re-accreditation for the year. This change will open new doors for the organization as it brings a new feat for the Junior Political Scientists. Driven by passion and committed by heart to be the best in everything that we do, hence our mantra: fax mentis incedium gloriae - the passion of glory is the torch of the mind.
