As we close another meaningful chapter, the ANHS-SDRRMC family came together for a heartfelt farewell and team building with our seniors, alongside the ANHS-BSP, at Panariwa Grove, Masao Beach. 🌊🌿

The day was filled with laughter, fun-filled activities, and moments that reminded us of the strong bond we’ve built as one team. Beyond the games and smiles, it was a celebration of memories, leadership, and the legacy our seniors leave behind.

To our graduating seniors, thank you for your dedication, service, and the inspiration you’ve shared with us. You may be moving forward, but you will always be part of this family. 💙

Ang DOST-PAGASA nagpagawas og Heat Index Forecast nga 41°C alang sa Butuan City karong Adlawa, April 03, 2026 1:00 karon hapon. Sa maong lebel, kini nagpasabot nga posible ma experience ang heat cramps, heat exhaustion, ug kung pasagdan, mahimo kining mosangpot sa heat stroke.

📢 SDRRMC GENERAL MEETING

Yesterday, March 20, 2026, the SDRRMC successfully held its General Meeting, bringing members together to plan, collaborate, and strengthen our commitment to disaster preparedness and response. 🤝

A highlight of the meeting was the election of our new Resource Management Officer, marking another step forward in building a more organized and responsive team. Congratulations to our newly elected officer! 🎉

This also marks a new chapter for our officers—from being appointed, they now officially step into their roles as duly recognized leaders of the organization. 💼✨

Together, we continue to lead, serve, and build a safer school community. 💙

SDRRMC | 1st Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill 🏫🚨

On March 12, 2026, the ANHS - SDRRMC successfully conducted the 1st Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED), together with the ANHS-BSP and the ANHS-SRCY who helped in leading the way!

The activity aimed to strengthen earthquake preparedness and remind everyone of the importance of the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” procedure during emergencies. Through this drill, students, teachers, and staff practiced the proper safety measures to ensure everyone knows what to do when an earthquake occurs.

We would like to thank our TEAM LEADERS and INCIDENT COMMANDER who greatly helped us in evaluating and guiding us throughout the drill, their guidance significantly supported our performance during the drill.

Thank you to all participants for your cooperation and active involvement. Together, we continue to build a safer and more disaster-ready school community 💪🏽🏫.

🚸 SDRRMC Participation in the School Road Safety Program 🚸

The School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (SDRRMC) is honored to have been invited and to attend the Launching of the School Road Safety Program Implementation Contest held on March 9, 2026 at Balanghai Hotel – Golden Tara Hall.

This event aims to promote road safety awareness among students and encourage schools to actively participate in creating safer roads and communities.

Through this program, students are empowered to understand the importance of responsible road use and accident prevention.

We extend our gratitude to the City Traffic and Transport Management Department (CTTMD) and the organizers for inviting our council to be part of this meaningful initiative.

Together, let us continue to promote discipline, awareness, and safety on our roads for everyone. 🚦

The School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (SDRRMC) actively facilitated safety monitoring and crowd control during the Ms. Pearl Event as part of the High School Days celebration at Agusan National High School – Batalya on March 6, 2026.

Our responders were deployed to help manage the crowd, maintain order, and stay on standby to provide immediate assistance if needed. Through teamwork and preparedness, the SDRRMC helped ensure that the event was safe, organized, and enjoyable for everyon.

We remain committed to serving the school community by promoting discipline, safety, and disaster preparedness in every school activity. ⛑️

The SDRRMC members have successfully completed the 3-Day Standard First Aid Training (SFAT) on March 4-6, 2026. This training equipped us with important knowledge and skills in providing proper first aid and responding effectively during emergencies.

Through this experience, we are now more prepared and confident to help others in times of accidents and disasters.

We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to CDRRMD for making this training possible and for continuously supporting disaster preparedness in our community.
