Behind every photo was a long day filled with documents to review and responsibilities to fulfill, yet somehow, the exhaustion became lighter because it was shared with the right people. SOFAP was more than just an audit process, it became a space where teamwork and commitment were constantly present in every task we handled together.

There were quiet moments of focus, small laughs in between busy hours, and the kind of fulfillment that comes from knowing everyone was doing their part with sincerity and purpose. These photos may only capture a few moments from the activity, but they hold memories of effort and service that made the experience worthwhile.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗦 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗢𝗨𝗧! 📣✨

After days of pressure, perseverance, and endless answering of test questionnaires, the NFJPIA National Mock Boards Examination (NMBE) 2026 has officially come to a close. From MAS, AUD, and TAX to RFBT, FAR, and AFAR, our MarSU BSA students faced every challenge with resilience, discipline, and determination.

This journey was never easy, but every item answered, every sleepless night, and every ounce of effort reflects one goal — becoming future Certified Public Accountants. The NMBE served not only as a simulation of the CPALE, but also as a testament to the strength, commitment, and passion of every examinee.

May these results serve as motivation to keep pushing forward, improve where needed, and continue striving for excellence. Whatever the outcome may be, remember that this is only one step closer to the dream. Padayon, future CPAs!

𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 | 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱

The 4th Year Accountancy students participated in a Career Guidance Program headed by the Commission on Audit (COA), aimed at introducing future accountants to the opportunities and meaningful careers available in public service. Through insightful discussions and shared experiences, the students were given a glimpse of the important role accountants play in promoting transparency, accountability, and integrity in government institutions.

The event also served as an opportunity for COA to encourage and inspire aspiring CPAs to consider building their future within the organization—where competence meets purpose and service goes beyond numbers. As the students prepare to take their next steps after graduation, the program becomes a reminder that the accounting profession is not only about expertise, but also about making an impact and serving the nation with excellence.

𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆. 🔥

Yesterday, JPIA officers and fellow JPIAns, together with our Program Head, Dr. Alfredo M. Ofrecio III, CPA, gathered as one community for the CPALE Mass as a show of support for the upcoming CPALE takers of our local chapter.

Before the pressure, the sleepless nights, and the battle ahead, we first came together in prayer—offering every fear, hope, and aspiration to Him. Through this gathering, we reminded our future CPAs that they do not face this journey alone, for an entire community stands behind them with faith, encouragement, and unwavering support.

As the May 2026 CPALE draws near, may courage rise stronger than fear, and may faith continue to guide every step toward success.

The JPIA’s Student Organization Financial Audit Program officially continued for its third day at Marinduque State University, as student organizations proceeded with the review and verification of their financial documents, reports, and supporting records.

The activity forms part of the university’s continuing commitment to transparency, accountability, and proper financial stewardship among accredited student organizations. Throughout the day, audit teams carefully examined submitted financial statements, liquidation reports, receipts, and other pertinent documents to ensure compliance with existing financial policies and organizational procedures.

Student leaders, organization representatives, and auditors actively coordinated during the process to facilitate an orderly and systematic audit operation. The third day of the audit also reflected the shared responsibility of maintaining integrity and accuracy in handling organizational funds and transactions.

The Student Organization Financial Audit Process (SOFAP) enters its second day today, May 7, 2026, at the TLE Building – Room 303, as JPIAns continue working hand in hand to ensure an organized, transparent, and efficient auditing process for participating student organizations.

Behind every reviwed document and verified report lies the collective effort of auditors, facilitators, and team leaders dedicated to upholding accountability and responsible financial stewardship within the university. More than a compliance activity, SOFAP serves as a reminder that integrity and service remain at the heart of student leadership.

As the audit progresses, the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants – MarSU Chapter remains committed to fostering accuracy, professionalism, and excellence in every process carried out for the student body.

𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦 | 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗝𝗣𝗜𝗔

Ensuring accountability and financial integrity, the Junior Chamber of Finance successfully conducted an official audit of the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants.

This activity was held at the College of Business and Acountancy Conference Room. It was conducted by Queniziel Jirah Jalac, Treasurer of the Junior Chamber of Finance , together with Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants - MarSU Chapter representatives Jonalyn Romasanta and Nhel Anthony Lolong, who facilitated the process to guarantee accuracy and compliance.

This initiative demonstrates our shared commitment to transparency, accountability, and good governance.
