The Recognition for Outstanding Performance in Arts (TROPA)

Rotary International, and RID 3810, under the governship of District Governor Obet Pagdanganan, believes in the fundamental skills of the Filipino artists in the freedom of expression. Thus, the creation of the RID3810 Outstanding Young Artist Awards, under the TROPA project with the theme: “Handog sa Mundo, Handog sa Kapwa Tao”. Its

objective is to promote the awareness of how Rotarians are helping its communities through expression in visual arts. It provides a venue for the enhancement of fellowship between Rotarians and budding young artists. It provides a vehicle to encourage and promote the skills of the Filipino artist. Lastly, to promote awareness among Rotarians and the youth about art thru art appreciation. The TROPA is hosted the Rotary Club of Bagumbayan Manila with major Co-host club, Rotary Club of Quirino Manila Central.
