The premier Electronics Engineering Organization in Holy Angel University and the Home Organization. The formation of IECEP Pampanga Chapter can be rooted to the offering of the BS ECE course in the province. It was started by Holy Angel University, the premier engineering school in the province, way back in 1993 to heed the clamor of the community and to meet the demands of time. The offering of
the program led to the accreditation of the first IECEP student chapter. The first batch of BS ECE graduates was realized in 1996 wherein a total of 11 graduates made it. The following year, these graduates set a record high in the ECE Board Exam landing in the Top 5 performing schools in the country. IECEP or the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. is an organization whose vision-mission involves the showcase of professional and technical development of humane, competent, virtuous and globally-competitive electronics professionals. It was formerly known as Institute of Electronics and Communication Engineers of the Philippines, but was renamed due to the May 27, 2004 revision code. IECEP-HAU Chapter works along this grand objective as the intellectual growth of ECE students is provided through series of seminars, workshops, tutorials and field exposures while maintaining the spirit of passion, competitiveness and unity through sports fests, induction and the like, with each activity contributing to an holistic experience for the members. The long years of tradition are matched with the technological advancements to provide a meaningful social, cultural and civic participation of members since affiliation with IECEP does not end when one graduates. It provides continuing professional development and competence among its members. Abiding by its motto: "One Profession, One Organization, One Family!"
