GOD SEES YOUR HEART, NOT YOUR PAPERS, NOT YOUR FINANCES.

King Nebuchadnezzar looked for Israelites who were healthy, handsome, intelligent and quick learners to serve in his palace. Daniel & his friends met this criteria.

When Samuel went to Jesse's household to annoint the new King, he saw Jesse’s oldest son, Eliab and thought he would have been the chosen one because he looked impressive. He was tall, strong, king-like.

BUT God corrected Samuel:
“Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the LORD sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the LORD looks on the heart.”
— 1 Samuel 16:7

Self esteem and self confidence should come from WHAT GOD THINKS ABOUT YOU! not man.

Never be discouraged if you didn't make the GPA, if you think you don't have the looks, don't have the money or failed something. God sees the content of your heart and will raise you up.

Trust the process. Trust God!

Blessed rest of the week!

ACKNOWLEDGING PARTNERSHIPS - LILLY NELSON

At the I Am Change Inc. (IAC)’s 10th Anniversary held on 1st August 2026 at Masurina Lodge, Alotau, local designers participated to showcase their talents through design and tailoring. Amazing gifted women like Lilly Nelson is quite unique in nation building because not only do we share in common the Fashion Stage but also Training and Development.

Ms Nelson's first appearance as a designer was at one of our fundraisers where her focus was on school uniform designs, in the hope to encourage schools in MBP to consider modern school uniform trends. In partnership with her, we also organised a training where she taught women on Dress Pattern Drawing & Sewing.

To date, she has been contributing a lot in the development of Human Resource within Milne Bay Province as both a seamstress, designer, Trainer & a Master Trainer with CEFI in Financial Literacy.

Such people are the reason why we made 10 years because it is definitely a communal effort to come this far. We are grateful for all learned women in their fields who we collaborate and work with to Help Build the Human Resource of PNG.

With heartfelt gratitude, we also thank all the volunteer models who assisted Ms Nelson at our event;

1. Glenda Nelson
2. Deborah Luie
3. Angela Dominic
4. Maryanne Pukari
5. Lilly Nauari

We look forward to many more years of working together to promote positive change.

If you are interested in collaborating with Ms Nelson or using her services, check in the comments for link to her business page. When you support our partners, you support our vision thus the underprivileged.

This is the woman who couldn't make it after grade 12 due to issues beyond her control.

Look at her now!

We made use of every opportunity to get her poems out to the public. We asked Kula FM if she could have them read on radio but was unsuccessful. Thankfully though, she wrote for a magazine and even attracted an artist on Instagram. More and more positivity has her poems brought onto forefronts and this is one.

2019, we saw this introverted girl looking for hope, approach us for an interview to join us but one thing she was confident about all those years back was her patriotic spirit. Always was with her!

From Milne Bay to Madang and anywhere else in PNG, we are sure you are a cannon ball for IAC Inc who will always want to be the exploded change you want to experience!

We are proud of you woman! Breathtaking - your dress, your looks, your words and all that you are.

Congratulations and we are so blessed of the woman you are becoming.

Job well done!

Account h # and need directions

Goodnight followers and supporters

This morning at around 2am, got a message from one of the signatories to do some transactions on our organisation's account. Apparently the person also had access to our IAC Bank Account.

Fortunately, money is moved by more than one person for the organisation, online.
The person couldn't move money from our account and so messaged for help to give access.

We addressed the issue and blocked the account.

Apart from urgently reporting to the Bank and also changing passwords, who else can we report this to. Wish this person could be found and dealt with accordingly.

Appreciate any help.

Also be alert, account was h # . Signatory never lost his phone or logged in anywhere else. In fact, if you read the messages, owner of account and h # we're messaging simultaneously.

Keep safe
Betty

STRATEGIC PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT(SPAM) - CHURCH VERSION

In July this year, we conducted a SPAM Training for a Church in Alotau for six days.

As an appreciation to God for the knowledge and blessings for the organisation, we usually conduct free Trainings for the church once in a while.

20 participants attending with half from the islands were overwhelmed with what they received and all we're certified accordingly.

We have 3 categories of SPAM Training with 2 levels each:
*SPAM for CSOs, Associations, Groups
*SPAM for Business
*SPAM for Church

The versions are all different. For the church, we look both at physical and spiritual aspects and try to align them with the topics and church's visions. Technically would take more time.

A clergy said that "you cannot get a Trainer outside of the Kingdom of God to train on the things of God". This is true as we addressed things like spiritual mapping and the misuse of gifts and tried to work practical solutions into the plans to monitor and address them under each SPAM Topic.

If you are interested in our Trainings, talk to us. Email [email protected]
