360 Rangatahi Programme

13/09/2026

Well Whānau, that wraps up our 4th year of the 360° Rangatahi Life Skills Programme.

Last night we celebrated the achievements of our amazing young Rangatahi. Over the past 33 weeks they learnt skills, along with their dedication, commitment and leadership throughout the programme, has been awesome to see.

Congratulations to you all.
You should all be extremely proud of what you have achieved.

A special thanks to all the helpers, staff, supporters and organisations who have helped us along the way.

Your support and tautoko has played a huge part in making this programme possible.

Here’s to another awesome year of 360° Rangatahi.

Kia Ora Whānau,

Our Rangatahi got to do a bit of training with the Waiouru Firies this week. Big thanks to Spud and the team who were on and gave our Rangatahi their time and knowledge.

Sadly, it’s that time of the year when all the bugs get spread around. Myself included, and some of our Rangatahi had to stay home as we were too sick to attend with the flu.

Big thanks to Catherine and parent Regan for getting the kids to and from.

Appreciate the support as always. Ka pai team.

While many of you know Catherine Wright as one of the amazing volunteers who gives her time to support our 360° Rangatahi, she's also been quietly leading another team to success.

A massive congratulations to Catherine and the Taihape Women's Rugby Team on taking out their competition! What an incredible achievement and a testament to the hard work, commitment, and leadership shown by everyone involved.

We're incredibly fortunate to have volunteers like Catherine who generously share their time, knowledge, and passion with our rangatahi. Whether she's coaching on the rugby field or encouraging our young people to step outside their comfort zones, she leads by example and shows what giving back to your community looks like.

Ngā mihi nui, Catherine. We're proud to have you as part of the 360° Rangatahi whānau, and we're sure your rugby whānau are just as proud of you too.

Lastnight, our 360° Rangatahi took to the culinary stage, honing their skills at the New Zealand Defence Catering School.
We were truly blessed to receive a generous donation from ESS, providing the essential ingredients to whip up naan, delicious chicken curry, and rice.
Big shoutout to the bro's from the Catering School for dedicating your time to tautoko our rangatahi and share these invaluable life skills with them. Awesome seeing everyone getting involved, learning new skills, and having a good laugh along the way.
