Guess what we've been up to this weekend? We headed to Wellington for the La Leche League New Zealand conference, Mātauranga Ūkaipō - The Art of Breastfeeding! 💚

We've come home buzzing with new insights, news and in-depth learning to share with our fellow peer supporters, mamas and community. Topics ranged from inducing lactation, neurodivergence, pain during breast feeding, to red flags and breastfeeding challenges, the very latest research, and updates on the newest edition of "The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding". We'll be sharing some of our insights and fun with you over the next few weeks, so stay tuned!

Become a Breastfeeding Peer Supporter!! 🌟

Over eight morning sessions, you'll explore topics such as breastfeeding, parenting, communication, peer support, biological norms, sleep, toddler development, and becoming a peer supporter, all while connecting with other local whānau in a supportive and welcoming environment.
