🔴⚫️ Musings from our JAB President, TB. Seniors this is for you too!
I thought as we are in the middle of our season I’d like to write a few things down to acknowledge some things that have been happening in our great little club under the mountain (we are the only club with a mountain 🤔)
Firstly I want to congratulate and thanks all those people involved in making it happen for us Coaches, Managers, Supporters, Mums, Dads, Grandparents etc 🥇 - We really value what you put into our players to get them there with boots, mouth guards, socks, jerseys and a great attitude with 100% effort week in and week out.
So a massive thank you to you all!!!!!! 🎉🎉
JAB is functioning really well with teams in all grades and Year 1,2 & 3 having 2 teams in each grade!
Most grades have good player numbers so this is really positive for future seasons, the only team that could do with a few more is our Junior Boys team which is High School year 9/10 or U15 - so if you know of any boys taking up room on a couch somewhere wasting away on an Xbox - see if they’d like to try something IRL and come down for a run around (no experience needed we have plenty of experienced campaigners within our club) 🛋️
Also hopefully you’ve heard we’ve received enough sponsorship to kit out our whole JAB in new hoodies (arriving mid July so we can finish in style. A big thank you to Millie, Hollie, Mel ,Shara and Nicole for cracking into this 💪🏼

NOW TO THE SERIOUS BIT!!!!
I have real concerns about player stock numbers for 2030 season - especially in Yr1 level. To counter this, the club has decided to create an opportunity on the 27th of June at the Oxford Town Hall. This event has been proven to be successful in the past!
