Oxford and District Lions Annual Golf Day March 2026
What a fabulous day was had by all, the weather was a bit colder which made the warm lunch very well appreciated. Many thanks to all our amazing sponsors who support us each year.

This year we raised over $9000 for the Westpac Helicopter, and it was such a treat to present this to them.
We are already looking forward to this event next year so watch this space. If you would like to be involved in this fabulous day in any way, please message us. We are always on the lookout for new people or businesses to help us to help our community.

Today, on World Environment Day, we're giving a huge thank you to Lions Clubs New Zealand, who run the KanTabs recycling initiative, which makes a real difference for our kidney kids.

Check out this photo shared by Oxford & Districts Lions Club of a trailer loaded with 224kg of aluminium cans, ready to be recycled to raise funds for Kidney Kids NZ.

Those little tabs really do add up to something pretty amazing 🧡

A huge thank you to all the amazing people who purchased tickets in our Golf Fundraiser in support of the Westpac Rescue Helicopter. Your generosity and support helped make the event such a success.

Some of our team were also lucky enough to enjoy a special tour around the helicopter, which was an absolute treat and a fantastic experience.
