Owairaka parkrun

One more volunteer role is now up for grabs for this week's parkrun! We need a barcode scanner as well as a photographer and report writer. The orange vest is ready and waiting, can you fill it? We just love first time volunteers, but return suspects are always welcome too! Let us know by Messenger, comment here or email us on [email protected]

Oh, the joys of an (almost) full roster! There are still two empty slots that could really make a difference. Some of the things that set us apart from other parkruns are our weekly chalkings, our photo album every single week, and also our written report every single week. This week we need both a photographer and a report writer to make sure this tradition continues.
.. And, spoiler alert that it's almost 6 years that we haven't missed pics or a report (our birthday comes up on October 24!)

It wouldn’t be Monday without Milestones reminding us it’s ‘only’ five more sleeps to parkrun! This week there were 8 milestone being celebrated but there are 14 more parkrunners who are just one or two runs away. Is it time to check your results?

Enjoy the glory and consider treating yourself to a t-shirt so that everyone knows!

Report is published! What a great event yesterday! With 30 parkrunners volunteering it certainly was a team effort. Here's another great report from Ale. Enjoy it and if you fancy giving your 2 cents worth about next week's parkrun, send us a message or email now. The report writer role may not be free for long!

Just one more sleep until we're back at our favorite day of the week!

See you tomorrow for 22 years of parkrun (tutu anyone?) AND a pacing week.

All thanks to the volunteers!

Two sleeps until parkrun!

We're looking forward to celebrating 22 with a Paced Run! Now's your chance to help folks get a PB as volunteering as a pacer: we're especially looking for folks who can pace the 30+ minute range.

Just let us know here or via email and we'll add you to the pacing roster!
