It's Friyay, otherwise known as parkruneve. Our precious volunteers will be setting up the course soon after 7am tomorrow and will be ready for you lot to get there in time for the first timers welcome at 7:50, followed by the full parkrun brief at 7:55. The start will be a smidgen after 8am. See you there!

***UPDATE*** Brilliant response thanks team - all roles now filled! 😍

Best vollie role? Gotta be marshal! You get to walk somewhere, don't need any technology, and get to be part of the action out on the course, not to mention that all the parkrunners simply adore you! "Thanks, marshal!" And we still have space for two more marshals (Far Turnaround and Big Bridge) for this week's parkrun. Get in quick!
