Introducing the Pre & Postnatal Pelvic Flow 4-Week Series, a collaborative programme proudly funded by The Village NZ, designed to support women through pregnancy and postpartum with both expert movement and education.

Together with Physio Laura, this series brings you a blend of safe, effective exercise and practical pelvic floor and core education to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more supported in your body.

Over 4 weeks we’ll cover pregnancy and postpartum-safe movement, recovery, strength, and real-life strategies you can actually use, all in a supportive and welcoming online space for mums.

🌸 A small update from the Maternity Acupuncture Clinic 🌸

From Thursday 7 May, session fees will be as follows:

☯️ Initial consultation incl. assessment and treatment: $100.00
☯️ Follow up treatment: $95.00
☯️ Induction of Labour treatment: $100.00
☯️ Turning a breech baby incl. moxibustion: $120.00

My work is deeply informed by nearly 20 years of midwifery experience and 16 years practicing Acuneedling, supporting women through pregnancy, birth and beyond.

This change allows me to continue offering thoughtful, individualised care to each person I see.
