If your toddler is 1 year or over, and you're thinking about reducing, or stopping breastfeeding, or night weaning, this one is for you.

An hour and a half of a relaxed, reassuring group workshop, where you can have your camera on or off, whatever feels right for you.

We cover
-managing emotions, theirs and yours!
-boundary setting
-day time techniqus
-sleep and night time techniques
-nutritional information
-milk supply and breast health
-parenting without breastfeeding
-your changing parenting relationship
-and more, with lots of for questions (including chat box if you don't want to be on camera)

This workshop also includes adding to an optional whatsapp group for ongoing support with the other attendees should you want it.
