📣Role of the Week

Do you enjoy knitting and would love to put your skills to good use?

We're looking for volunteer knitters to create handmade items for the Charity Knit Sale. From baby clothes and children's knits to creative handmade treasures, every item helps make a difference.

The sale raises funds for local not-for-profit organisations while also providing affordable knitted goods for the community. Win-win!

This is a flexible role you can do from home, and it's even better with a friend. Why not get together over a cuppa and the click-clack of knitting needles while creating something meaningful for local families?

Join us this Monday 8 June 10.30am for a F.A.S.T session on stroke awareness.

Why come along?

- Every year, around 9,500 people in New Zealand experience a stroke.
- Stroke is a leading cause of serious disability in New Zealand.
- Time is everything – the faster a stroke is recognised and treated, the better the chances of survival and recovery.

This free session is for absolutely anyone; it is a short, practical session designed for community groups, for all aged adults, and is valuable to absolutely anyone. Bring your colleague, your volunteers, your mate or just you!

We look forward to seeing you at our office in Treble Court for this 30-minute session.
