NOTICE OF AGM
The 128th Annual General Meeting of the Mackenzie County Agricultural and Pastoral Society is due to be held in the Society’s rooms at the Showgrounds on Gillingham Street, Fairlie on Tuesday the 25th of August 2026 at 8:00 p.m. (the August Committee Meeting will precede the AGM and be held from 7:30-8:00).

5. Setting of Subscriptions
6. General Business
2026 Financial Report, 2025 Minutes and President Susanna Izard’s Annual Report will be made available upon request, by email, approx two weeks prior to the AGM.
