🚨OCTOBER COMMUNITY DROP-IN SCHEDULE🚨

At these Drop-ins we have flea and worm medicine💊 for your dogs and cats, desex vouchers✂, emergency vet financial assistance💸, emergency food supplies🍖 and various other bits-and-bobs to keep your animal companions healthy.
Payment for this aid is never required, but we gladly accept donations to help keep this program sustainable.💙

🐰 Tiny but Mighty: Meet Bart! 💚

Bart may look like a wild bunny, but this petite little guy is full of personality and ready to find his forever home! 🏡

He’s sweet, curious and VERY interested in what everyone is doing — our volunteers regularly find Bart climbing up their arms while they’re trying to clean his room! 😂 He loves gentle pats, dishes out the occasional lick, and even binkies with excitement when his favourite people visit. 💕

Bart is an active boy looking for an indoor home with plenty of space to explore. He prefers keeping all four paws on the ground, so a rabbit-savvy family who understands he’s not a fan of being picked up would be perfect.

🐰 Bart is desexed and vaccinated and would love the opportunity to bond with a desexed female bunny companion.

Can you give 2 hours of your time for the animals? 🐶🐱

We need volunteer street collectors for our Fill the Bucket street appeal, which is taking place on 30 and 31 October all around the country!

What's involved:
👉 Just 2 hours of your time (or more if you like) on either Friday 30 or Saturday 31 October
👉 Working in pairs at a collection site in your area, collecting donations from the public
👉 You'll be provided with the collection bucket, bibs, and stickers.
👉 You're welcome to bring your dog with you! Just remember to bring their water bowl and bags.

Every cent donated from our Fill the Bucket street appeal goes back to the thousands of animals that we help each year. This is a critical fundraiser, and we couldn't do it without our collection volunteers!

What an amazing day at Petdirect Mt Wellington!

We’re so excited to share that 7 of our kittens found their forever homes today 🏡💕 We loved seeing so many people come along to meet our little ones, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make the day such a success.

A huge thank you to Petdirect Mt Wellington for having us and supporting our animals, and of course to everyone who stopped by, chatted with our team, shared the event, or welcomed a new furry family member. 🐱
