HIGHLIGHTS OF ADAMAWA STATE CHAPTER AT THE JPI CONVENTION 2026

Leadership is taking bold sacrifices that's in line with a vision and our executives at JPI Adamawa State chapter understood the mission.

In March we travelled from Adamawa to Abuja for the JPI youth leadership convention to be impacted by experienced leaders.

We'd learned, unlearned and relearned and our outcome has changed.

We had an amazing time at Abuja, we've been inspired to do more as a chapter.

So, lets talk about a Myth today..

MYTH: Great leaders are born, They have Leadership handed down to them on a platter.

REALITY: Great leaders are developed; They put systems and structure in place, not wait for existing structures to put them in place.

Nobody is born knowing how to communicate effectively, build teams, manage conflict, or inspire others.

Leadership is a skill. And like every skill, it can be learned, practiced, and improved.

The most successful leaders you admire today started somewhere.

The question isn't whether you were born a leader.

The question is: Are you willing to become one?
