Their godly values are only as strong as the company your boys and girls keep. The formula below is always accurate

Solid friendships + stronger godly values = A more purposeful life.

We were not created to live in isolation, your child cannot go far alone. Even God had a friend in Abraham.

However, not every friendship is helping your child become who God has called them to be.

Our boys and girls need more than instructions to choose the right friends and be the right friends. They need to be equipped with the wisdom and skills to identify, build and sustain strategic, mutually beneficial relationships that align with their godly values and purpose.

This Saturday lesson, shouldn’t be missed.

Yesterday was Teachers’ Day!

Growing up, I remember writing with my mum’s coloured chalk on the blackboard at home and teaching imaginary children.

Years later, in 2024 I used chalk to teach godly values in an orphanage as seen in this picture, those childhood memories came flooding back. It was such a nostalgic moment.

I even have a primary school classmate Tomi who may be reading this today and would probably say, “Ezinne taught me how to sign and I still still sign that way.

And my lovely cousin still tells the story of how I taught her to tie her shoelaces.

How I loved and still love to teach.

Ten years after my first degree, I went back to school and earned a PGD in Education. Looking back, I realise that teaching has always been woven into my story.

Today, I am deeply grateful for the privilege of being a Godly Values Tutor.

The fulfilment I experience when a participant or parent understands a concept and actually begins to implement it is indescribable. And when I receive voice notes from my boys and girls sharing what they have learnt or how they applied it, my heart is simply filled with gratitude.

Teaching, for me, is a calling after the order of the ministry of the Holy Spirit and I humbly wear my lifelong badge of a tutor for life.

Happy Teachers’ Day to every amazing teacher who continues to make remarkable impacts in the lives of others.

And above all, thank You, Holy Spirit my greatest Teacher.
