The mother+Daughter session was very interesting and emotional as many mothers and daughters spoke their minds and came to understand each others views.

Yesterday, Charity Emmanuel of the New Breed Girls Move had the opportunity to facilitate a menstrual hygiene and personal care session with the beneficiaries of the Emmanuel Ivorgba Center’s “The Voice Program.”
We had an amazing and impactful time as we:
Gained a clear understanding of what menstruation is
Shared personal first-time menstrual experiences
Discussed proper menstrual hygiene practices
Encouraged confidence and self-esteem, even during menstruation
It was truly a safe, engaging, and empowering space for learning and growth.
