Day 4 at LIFEPAD 2026!
Our LifePAD teens are never just listening, they think, analyze and defend their ideas.
The day began with a session on Building Financial Intelligence: Entrepreneurship, Income Generation and Money Management facilitated by Pharm. Elijah Ojo.
A scenario-based analogy was used to put the teenagers to test on how to make wise decisions from understanding how money is earned to identifying opportunities and making responsible financial decisions, the session challenged them to look beyond “making money” and begin thinking about creating value and managing resources wisely.
The second session focused on Fundamentals of Critical Leadership, facilitated by Our CEO, Dr. John Oluwadero. This time, the participants had to put their thinking to the test through a short videoclip that was played to make the views of the teenagers better and intentional with their thinking process.
But conversation on leadership didn't end there. Ms. Blessings Emmanuel to the teenagers through an engaging session on Ethical Leadership and Decision making under pressure. She helped thr teenagers explore what it means to make right decision when faced with pressure or difficult choices.
We then had a debate coaching session, the teenagers were divided into teams and challenged to argue opposing positions. They developed points, provided reasons, logically listened to counterarguments and confidently defended their views.
The goal wasn't simply to win an agrument.
It was to learn how to think critically, communicate clearly, listen respectfully and stand behind an idea with sound reasoning.
It was a super amazing day seeing the teenager defending their point in respect to the topic given.
