To create awareness on citizens rights and obligations in a democracy
setting as well enhancing socio economic development in the society. A campaign for good governance and peaceful co existence of the
diverse people in of Nigeria. To promote peace, unity, co-operation and understanding among Nigerians.

To provide for public enlightenment programmes that will help to
educate people on their social rights and obligations with a view to
building a strong civil society to participate and react positively to
the democratic process in the country.
