As part of our commitment to a cancer-free world, October gives us an opportunity to amplify breast cancer awareness in every women’s gathering, and what better way to do it than through our famous BSE Dance!💃🏽

Breast Self-Examination (BSE) is a simple yet important practice that helps women become familiar with their breasts and notice changes early. Every woman is encouraged to check her breasts regularly, ideally a few days after her menstrual period, for warning signs such as lumps, dimpling, unusual ni**le discharge, or other changes.

So, ladies, learn this dance, practice it, and pass it on! You never know whose life you might be saving. 💕

Remember, EARLY DETECTION SAVES LIVES!

Who says girls are only meant to be in the kitchen? Gone are the days when girls were seen as people whose only duties were cooking, getting married, and having children. Girls have dreams, talents, and great things to offer. Give them opportunities and watch them do wonders!

A girl child is not meant for motherhood alone. She has a life to live, dreams to pursue, and a future to build. Child marriage should end because every girl deserves the opportunity to grow, learn, and decide her future.
