Ebonyi Womens' League during the end of the year prayer summit/party.

Ebonyi Womens'League is a non political organization for progressive and rational Ebonyi women cutting across the different Local Government Areas of the state. We are committed to ensuring that Ebonyi women keep the flag flying.

As against the believe that women hardly agree together in furtherance of a course, a women organization known as Ebonyi Womens' League birthed 2014 in Ebonyi State has continued to keep its members together and waxing stronger in unity.

The organization has recorded continuity over the years owing to the doggedness of its founder, Hon. Princess Ogudu.

Thursday, the 18th of November recorded a gathering of progressive women at Pinnacle Hotels, Abakaliki as the organization held her annual General Assembly. The occasion was graced by women from all walks of life and across different parts of Ebonyi State. It witnessed the presence of different government officials, business Moguls and top politicians within and outside the state as guests.

One of the major objectives of the organization which is the unity and continuous development of Ebonyi State women alongside men was detailed while the founder gave her speech.

Hon. Princess Ogudu charged the women to be in their best attitudes and conduct at home and in public while preparing themselves in readiness for opportunities just like the men.

"We are not out to challenge the men but to fight alongside for the betterment of our our dear state and the society at large" she said.
