Growing a Greener Future

We are proud to share that our foundation has successfully planted 800 trees at Nanjati Lea School, thanks to the generous donation from C. Steinweg Bridge Shipping.

A diverse mix of indigenous and fruit tree species was planted, including m’bawa, mthethe, avocado, water berries, nsanga, tangerine, mpoza and guava.
These trees will provide shade, improve the environment, and support a healthier future for the learners and the surrounding community.
A heartfelt thank you to C. Steinweg Bridge Shipping for partnering with us in making a lasting, positive impact a big shout out to Mafana oganiza Boh onse aku Nanjati LEA.

World Prematurity Day

17 November is World Prematurity Day a day recognised globally as a moment to reflect on, support and honour premature babies and their families. During this years commemoration, the SKC Foundation proudly donated food and essential items valued at 6 million Malawi kwacha to Bwaila Hospital to support premature babies, guardians and the incredible healthcare teams who care for them every day.
Every tiny life matters, and we are honoured to stand with families and caregivers working tirelessly to give these little fighters the best start possible. 💜👶

Ntcheu District Hospital Donation Complete

We are pleased to announce the successful delivery of medical supplies to Ntcheu District Hospital, marking the completion of our donation call. Thanks to your support, we managed to raise Mwk17,339,478 and we have supplied the hospital with the following essential medical items:

· 3 Angle Poise Lamps

· 10 Adjustable Hospital Beds

· 1 Emergency Crash Cart/Trolley

· 1 Patient Monitor

· 10 Electric Suction Machine

· 10 Infrared Thermometer

· 1 Ward screen four section

This donation will go a long way in improving patient care and supporting the hardworking medical staff at Ntcheu District Hospital. We are truly grateful to everyone who made this possible. Your generosity is making a real impact in our communities.

We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who contributed towards our Ntcheu district hospital donation initiative in honor of the late Dr Saulos Klaus Chilima. A total of Mwk17,339,478 was raised. As the foundation, we generously contributed 10 Million Kwacha, while the general public came together to donate an incredible 7,339,478 Million Kwacha. This united act of compassion and solidarity is a powerful tribute to the values that the late Dr Saulos Klaus Chilima stood for: service, empathy, and a commitment to the well-being of others.
