Team Mauritius 2026 had a warm and inspiring online meet-up with Team North Macedonia for the FIRST Global Social Challenge.

The students exchanged stories about culture, national identity, traditions, and the pride of representing their countries. Moments like these show why FIRST Global is bigger than robotics. It teaches young people to build machines, but also bridges.

Team Mauritius 2026 joined Team North Macedonia on Google Meet for a meaningful cultural exchange through the FIRST Global Social Challenge.

Both teams shared the colours, stories, traditions, and spirit of their countries. It was a beautiful reminder that robotics is not only about engineering. It is also about empathy, curiosity, and friendship across nations.

What a powerful gathering this was!

Our workshop for Women Home-Based Workers in Mauritius brought together women with courage, hunger, ideas, and the willingness to grow. The room was full, but more importantly, it was alive with ambition.

Before they meet on the robotics field, they are already learning the deeper lesson of FIRST Global: technology connects best when young people first understand one another.

Still carrying the energy of this day.

The workshop was full of honesty, warmth, insight, and drive. So many women showed up not just to attend, but to learn, reflect, and rise. That kind of energy cannot be faked. It comes from real hunger for growth.
