MOVE is a non-profit organisation spearheading the use of sports and culture as a tool for community well-being.

MOVE is a non-profit organisation spearheading the use of grassroots sport, physical activity and placemaking as a tool to create public spaces that inspire healthier communities. The aim is to encourage active living by integrating physical activity into everyday life environments, where people live, work and play. By combining grassroots sports, physical activity and placemaking, our projects complement the existing need to create vibrant cities that inspire a healthy and active lifestyle.

Placemaking that gets people moving!
Sometimes all it takes is a little paint. We are so happy to have brought this game to Senglea and Paola🇲🇹

Ten boards painted in five countries, shaped with local communities, and opened with their municipalities. In France, Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece and Malta, grey asphalt has been transformed into a place where kids, young people and families move, and spend time together outside. The Move Game also have an education mode, built to improve health and physical literacy through play.

An experience no travel agent could ever provide…opening the door to our brief but unforgettable time in Sabbioneta, known as the “ideal city” 🇮🇹

The Advance Planning Visit for the Erasmus+ project Sustainable Employability brought us together to plan our work for the upcoming training course. We left with shared ideas, new friendships and a little of Sabbioneta’s magic to take home❤️

Who says project meetings have to be boring? 😉✈️

Another training program has been completed in the country of Malta. We met new friends, made beautiful memories and of course, completed our utility toolkit that will bring the new generations over the horizon of body movement. has hosted a beautiful environment for us to share experiences and ultimately develop both each other and a way for others to benefit from our combined knowledge.

What are we taking home from Bounce Back? ✅

More than notes, activities and new methods.

We’re taking home new perspectives on mental health and wellbeing, practical tools we can use in youth work, and a better understanding of how movement, connection, reflection and meaningful participation can support young people.

From World Café and PERMA model to Forum Theatre, team challenges and movement-based activities, every experience gave us something to reflect on, question and learn from.

But perhaps the most valuable part is what comes next: bringing these ideas back to our communities and turning learning into action. 🌍

Because learning becomes meaningful when we share it, use it and pass it forward. 💙

Today we explored Forum Theatre, a powerful way to look at real-life situations from different perspectives and explore what we can do differently.

We stepped into stories, replayed them, intervened, experimented with new solutions and then reflected together during the debriefing. 🎭

Sometimes, seeing a situation from another perspective is the first step towards finding a new solution. 💭💙

From watching to taking action. ✨

Now that a week has passed since our LOL Youth Exchange, and all the dirty laundry has (hopefully) been washed and folded 😅🧺

A huge thank you to Cosmin Saic and for everything you did throughout the LOL Youth Exchange ❤️

From remembering around 30 new names, solving problems you didn’t know existed, surviving on very little sleep, feeding us, bringing us together, and somehow keeping everything running smoothly...

And of course, for the fantastic carbonara 🍝😉😅

Thank you for keeping the LOL in LOL 😂 😂❤️

We see the effort, patience, care, and energy that goes into making an experience like this possible 🙏
