🤍 Lena is not the kind of dog who will run straight into your arms on the first day.

She is a 4 year old girl who has clearly been taught by life to keep her distance rather than trust. She is shy, calm and very gentle. She is not dominant, she doesn’t demand attention, and she will never be the kind of dog who takes over your whole house. 🥺

When we first met her, we saw a very frightened dog. But the more time she spends with us, the more we see what is actually hiding behind that fear, an incredibly gentle soul. 🤍

Even though we are really not in a position to take in any more dogs at the moment, we simply couldn’t leave Lena behind. She was under threat of being destroyed and there was no time to wait. We took her because she needed someone to step in.

And now we are so glad we did.

Because Lena has reminded us that sometimes the quietest dogs carry the most tenderness inside them. They just need a little more time to believe that they are safe. 🌿

For Lena, we are looking for someone calm and patient, who won’t expect her to be completely relaxed straight away. Someone who will give her time, patience and the space to open up at her own pace.

I’m not the kind of dog who will run straight up to everyone I meet and demand attention. I’m a little more reserved than that. I like to take my time, watch what’s happening around me, and decide when I’m ready to come closer. 🥹

But once I trust you… well, that’s when you get to see the real me. 🤍

I’m calm, gentle and very easy-going. I don’t need a busy life or constant excitement. I’d much rather have a peaceful home, a soft bed, someone I can trust and plenty of time to simply enjoy being loved.

❤️ Hi! I’m Malisha, and I have a very important job… keeping everyone entertained! 😄🐾

I may be tiny, but I have absolutely no idea what “slow down” means. If there’s something happening, I need to investigate. If someone is walking, I’m following. If there’s a toy, I’m already playing with it. And if someone is giving cuddles… well, obviously I’m first in line! 😂❤️

I’m only 4 months old, but I’ve already discovered that life is much more fun when you have people and furry friends around you. I’m great with dogs and cats, and I love being part of the action.

I also have these funny little short legs and a cute little short tail that never seems to stop wagging. Honestly, I’m not sure which one is cuter. 🥹❤️

Today, the food for our dogs finally arrived. We placed the order on trust because we had no other choice. If we hadn't, hundreds of hungry eyes would have been looking at us this weekend, and we would have had nothing to give them.

Now, time is running out.

By Monday, we must pay the invoice, and we are still £582 short.

For some people, £582 may be just a number. For us, it is the difference between sleeping peacefully and spending another sleepless night wondering how we will make it. It is the difference between full bowls and empty ones.

My name is Pickle.

People always tell me I’m sweet, gentle, and full of love. They scratch behind my ears, call me a good boy, and then leave.

I don’t understand that part.

❤️ Hi! I’m Ruby.

My brother has already found his forever home, and soon I’ll have to say goodbye to him too. We’ve always had each other, so I’m a little sad knowing I might be left on my own. But I’m holding onto the hope that my forever family is out there, waiting for me. ❤️

I may be small, but I have a huge heart and an even bigger personality! Everyone says I’m incredibly smart, resourceful, and a very quick learner. No challenge is too big for me,I always find a way. 😄

I love to play, explore, and discover new things. I’m fearless, too! Big dogs don’t intimidate me one bit,I happily walk right up to them as if we’re exactly the same size. I’m a little fighter with a lot of confidence and determination.

I’m also very friendly with cats, so if you already have a feline friend at home, I’d love to be their new playmate and cuddle buddy!

At the end of the day, though, I turn into the cuddliest little pup. 😴 My favourite place to sleep is on a soft pillow, and if you hear me snoring, don’t laugh,it just means I’m dreaming sweet puppy dreams.

I’m around 4 months old, house-trained, fully vaccinated, and ready to travel to my forever home.

All I’m missing now is a loving family to call my own,a family I can shower with love for the rest of my life. 🐾❤️
