لحظة فخر وفرح كبيرة لأسرة جهد.

بمناسبة عيد الاستقلال الثمانين، أنعم جلالة الملك عبدالله الثاني ابن الحسين، حفظه الله، على مشروع "المدرسة البيئية الناطقة" في مدرسة الرجاء للصم التابعة لـ جهد، بـ وسام الاستقلال من الدرجة الأولى.

وراء هذا التكريم قصة طلبة آمنوا بقدرتهم، ومدرسة فتحت لهم مساحة ليتعلموا، يعبّروا، ويشاركوا، كل الفخر بطلبة مدرسة الرجاء للصم والكادر التدريسي والإداري.
وبكل من آمن أن التعليم الشامل يفتح أبوابًا أوسع للقدرة والإنجاز.

A moment of immense pride and joy for Johud family.
On the occasion of the 80th Independence Day, His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein, may God protect him, bestowed the Order of Independence, First Class, on the “Eco Speaking School” project at Al-Rajaa School for the Deaf, affiliated with JOHUD.
Behind this honour is the story of students who believed in their abilities, and of a school that gave them the space to learn, express themselves, and take part.
We are deeply proud of the students of Al-Raja School for the Deaf, and of its teaching and administrative staff.
And of everyone who believes that inclusive education opens wider doors to ability and achievement.

ضمن توجه الصندوق الأردني الهاشمي للتنمية البشرية -جهد لتمكين أعضاء اللجان الشبابية وتعزيز دورهم المجتمعي، عقدت إذاعة فرح الناس تدريب “مساحات صوتية للتمكين والتأثير”، بهدف تزويد الشباب بالمهارات الأساسية في الإعلام والاتصال، بما يعزز قدرتهم على إيصال رسائلهم والتعبير عن قضاياهم ومجتمعاتهم

وتناول التدريب مجموعة من المحاور العملية والمعرفية، من أبرزها: مهارات الكتابة والإعداد، التصوير والتسجيل وفن المقابلة، الفرق بين الفنون الصحافية المختلفة، إلى جانب أهمية العمل الجماعي، والمهارات الناعمة، ومهارات الاتصال والتواصل الفعّال والاستماع العاطفي

لأن الصوت عندما يكون واعي ومُمكَّن… يصنع أثر حقيقي ويحكي الحكاية كما يجب أن تُروى

As part of the Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development’s (JOHUD) efforts to empower members of its youth committees and strengthen their community role, Farah Al-Nas Radio held the training “Audio Spaces for Empowerment and Influence”, aimed at equipping young people with essential media and communication skills, enhancing their ability to deliver their messages and express the issues of their communities.

The training covered a range of practical and knowledge-based themes, most notably: writing and preparation skills, photography, recording, and the art of interviewing, the differences between various journalistic formats, as well as the importance of teamwork, soft skills, effective communication, and empathetic listening.

Because when a voice is aware and empowered… it creates real impact, and tells the story as it deserves to be told.

في اليوم الدولي للفتيات في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وتحت شعار "الذكاء الاصطناعي من أجل التنمية: فتيات يصنعن المستقبل الرقمي"، نؤمن في جهد أن تمكين الفتيات رقمياً لا يفتح لهن أبواب المعرفة والفرص فقط، بل يمنحهن المساحة ليقدن، يبتكرن، ويساهمن في رسم مستقبل أكثر شمولاً.
اليوم نستمع إليهن… لأن التكنولوجيا تحتاج إلى أصواتهن، والمستقبل يتّسع لأفكارهن.
