Represent the interest of citizens of the district of Delavega City, Lime Tree Grove, Quarry Hill, Lakes Pen, Spanish Town Central Rivoli, Tawes Meadows, Ellerslie Gardens, Grange Lane, Dunbeholden, Clifton, Salt Pond, Phoenix Park, Villa Palm, Barbara, through their Community Based Organization (CBO), Government and Non Governmental Organization (NGO), on matters common to the districts. te the improvement of the living conditions of the citizen within the Central Spanish Town Community. Represent the districts/community on the Spanish Town Development Area Committee. Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders in the sustainable development of the districts/ community. Promote environmental awareness among all stakeholders in the districts/ community.
