organization is a non profit org for the development of our community .We make representation on be half of our community to all goverment agencies . The Frazer's Content Community Development Foundation is a "NOT FOR PROFIT Organization" that is founded on the following fundamental principles:
INTEGRITY, HONESTY & TRUST - The work and activities of th
e foundation shall be executed with the respect and regard for the highest degree of integrity, trust and honesty as a whole or individually. RESPONSIBILITY- We recognize that as a community of people living together, we are our brothers' keeper and as such we all have a duty of care and collective responsibility for each other and that of our community and its resources. TOLERANCE - An open mind and an open heart leads to a place where big ides can be explored patiently and creatively in a united spirit and brotherly love; we treat each other as valued colleagues. EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE - Good learning creates understanding, overcomes prejudice and malice, opens the doors of dialogue; for informed decision making and understanding. We are here to teach and learn, not to convince or convert. SAFETY - A safe community environment allows everyone to live without fear and in confidence. Help to create one around you and watch everyone flourish. PERSPECTIVE - Long journeys start with small steps and everyone's eyes lifted to the horizon for renewed hope and change; our focus is clear- and limited- and prioritizes some of the most neglected issues. EMPATHY - When we try to see our world and our community through the eyes of others, we open our own. UNITY - We will seek to unite the community through our works as a key primary objective; recognizing that there is strength in unity and to bring about necessary and desired change positively. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT & ADVANCEMENT - We will strive to ensure that our community is developed in a sustainable manner for the betterment of all community people; making it a choice place to live, grow and raise strong families. REPRESENTATION & ADVOCACY - We will represent and advocate vigorously but responsibly in our areas of focus for community development and advancement, to promote a rich and vibrant community spirit for continued loyalty, dedication and commitment. HUMILIY - We must be humble and mindful in our actions and words exercising all in love and community fellowship. We will seek and heed the counsel of good advice, suggestions and recommendations as may be appropriate, suitable and befitting towards the Foundation and Community. GROWTH & CHANGE - We leave room for growth and change and to make use of all good opportunities to further the work and activities of the Foundation and Community Development.
