Il regista, disegnatore e animatore BrunoBozzetto riceverà il David Speciale nel corso della 71ª edizione dei Premi David di Donatello.
«Il David Speciale a Bruno Bozzetto non è solo un omaggio a una carriera leggendaria, ma è il riconoscimento a un artigiano del disegno che ha saputo rendere l’animazione un linguaggio universale e colto, raggiungendo con il suo lavoro i vertici di Hollywood e del Festival di Berlino», ha detto .borgonzoni , Sottosegretario alla Cultura. «Bozzetto ha attraversato la storia del nostro Paese con la leggerezza dell’ironia e la profondità della satira. Dai successi di Carosello alle vette artistiche di Allegro non troppo, fino all’indimenticabile Signor Rossi, ha saputo raccontare i vizi e le virtù della nostra società con una libertà creativa che ha pochi eguali nel mondo. »

The director, illustrator, and animator Bruno Bozzetto will receive the Special David during the 71st edition of the David di Donatello Awards.

From the successes of Carosello to the artistic peaks of Allegro non troppo, all the way to the unforgettable Mr. Rossi, he has portrayed the vices and virtues of our society with a creative freedom that has few equals in the world.”
