Junoon Foundation, in collaboration with Smt. Maniben M.P. Shah Women's College, successfully hosted the 12th consecutive Career Guidance Seminar on Saturday, 14th March, at K.G. Patil Vidyalaya for 8th & 9th standard students.

The seminar was conducted by the Psychology Department of the college, providing students with valuable insights into various career options through engaging outdoor activities.

Students actively participated, explored their interests, and gained better clarity about their future paths.
Such initiatives play a crucial role in guiding young minds at the right stage and building confidence in their career choices.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the professors and students of Smt. Maniben M.P. Shah Women's College for their expert guidance, the students for their enthusiastic participation, and the teachers of K.G. Patil Vidyalaya for their unwavering support in organizing the seminar.

As part of our Gift-a-Notebook initiative, school kits and stationery were gifted to 300 children from 6 Zilla Parishad schools in Wada taluka, Palghar district. 🎒📚

Through this annual campaign, we aim to ensure that every child—no matter how remote their village—has the basic tools to learn, dream, and grow.

This October, Junoon Foundation is celebrating the spirit of giving through our yearly initiative ‘ Gift-a-Notebook’. 🎒📚

In the remotest villages of Wada, Palghar district, hundreds of children walk to school with dreams in their eyes—but without even the basic school essentials like notebooks, stationery, school bags, or water bottles.

For them, a school kit is not just a bag of supplies—it is a gateway to learning, confidence, and hope.

Through Gift-a-Notebook initiative, we aim to bridge this gap by gifting complete school kits to these children, ensuring that the lack of resources never comes in the way of their education.

जुनून फाऊंडेशन मागील दोन वर्षांपासून ‘द बायसिकल प्रोजेक्ट’ ग्रामीण भागात राबवत आहे. वाडा तालुक्यातील अनेक विद्यार्थ्यांना शाळेत पोहोचण्यासाठी दररोज 3 ते अगदी 7 किमी अंतर सुद्धा पायी पार करावे लागते. लांब अंतर, सार्वजनिक वाहतुकीच्या मर्यादा आणि आर्थिक परिस्थिती यामुळे शाळेतून गळती आणि अनुपस्थिती वाढते.

अशा काही विद्यार्थ्यांचे शिक्षण सहज व्हावे, शाळेचा प्रवास थोडा सोपा, सुरक्षित आणि कमी वेळाचा व्हावा – या हेतूनं जुनून फाऊंडेशन सायकल वाटप करत आहे. यावर्षी उपक्रमांतर्गत गारगाव, डाहे व परिसरातील विद्यार्थ्यांना सायकली देण्यात आल्या.

Every day, young Adivasi students in Maharashtra’s Palghar district walk 6-7 kilometers just to attend school.
Can you imagine the determination it takes to chase an education on tired feet?

At Junoon Foundation, we believe that no child should struggle for something as basic as access to education. That’s why we launched *The Bicycle Project* — a heartfelt mission to gift bicycles to schoolchildren in remote villages.

Last year, we reached 27 children from Wada in the Palghar district. This year, we aim to reach 30.

Because a bicycle isn’t just a ride — it’s freedom, hope, and a shorter path to their dreams.

With your support, we can ease their daily burden and give them more time to learn, grow, and dream.
