IEEE SCET SB The official FB Page of IEEE Student Branch at Sarvajnik College of Engineering and Technology (SCET).

The IEEE Student Branch of SCET came into existence in 2021. The goal of the Student Branch is to provide a platform for the students where they can develop co-curricular skills. The Student Branch stands for increasing the awareness of students in co-academic matters, supplementing their studies, and helping them reach higher professional standards. It is hoped that the activities of the Student Branch will generate a genuine interest among the students in their studies.

Shaping conversations on the future of intelligent mobility ✨

We are delighted to share the successful inauguration of the IEEE Transportation Electrification Council – Vehicular Technology Society (TEC–VTS) Joint Chapter of the IEEE Gujarat Section, marking an important step toward strengthening technical collaboration and innovation in the domains of vehicular technology and transportation electrification.

The occasion was further enriched with an insightful webinar on “AI-Enabled Software-Defined Connected Vehicles” delivered by the esteemed Dr. Neeli Rashmi Prasad. he session explored the evolving landscape of intelligent vehicular systems, highlighting the transformation from software-defined vehicles to AI-driven automotive architectures. Participants gained valuable insights into emerging technologies such as connected vehicle ecosystems, AI integration in mobility systems, and the future of intelligent transportation.

IEEE SCET SB Shines at ICASSP 2025! ✨🎉

Proud moment for us as Khushboo Jha, Former Chairperson of IEEE SCET SPS SBC, was nominated by IEEE SPS Gujarat Chapter and awarded the SPS Certified Chapter Student Travel Grant by the IEEE Signal Processing Society! 🏅

She received a $500 grant to attend ICASSP 2025 — the 50th edition 🥂 of the conference and the first-ever ICASSP held in India 🇮🇳, hosted in Hyderabad 🏙️.

IEEE SCET SIGHT Student Branch and IEEE SOU SIGHT Student branch along with IEEE SIGHT GUJARAT SECTION organised 'G.Y.A.N 2.0 - Generating Youth Awareness in New Technologies' on 4th April 2025.

The event covered the different types of cyber threats and also emerging AI assistant tools and other aspects of AI for upper primary students of Lokbharti School . Our volunteers provided an insightful session and created wonderful experience.
