Namaste Lions,

The Lions Club of Siliguri Unity Wings successfully organized the DG Official Visit cm Holi Celebration on 10th March at Rasiklal – The Farmhouse Bouquet.

It was a proud and memorable moment for our club as our respected District Governor Lion Suresh Agarwal visited our club for the first time and shared his valuable guidance and encouragement with all the members.

We were also honoured by the gracious presence of Cabinet Secretary Lion CA Alok Roy and ZC Lion Saiket Mitra, along with our Lion members and friends who made the occasion even more special.

After the official visit, the club members celebrated a joyful Holi Meet filled with colours, laughter and togetherness. Everyone enthusiastically participated in fun games, enjoyed the festive Holi spirit and spent wonderful moments bonding with each other.

The event was a perfect blend of fellowship, celebration and Lionism, making it a truly wonderful and memorable day for all.

Namaste Lions,

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Lions Club of Siliguri Unity Wings, organized a meaningful program at Little Modelities School, Gurung basti.

The program was honored by the presence of the WBP Women’s Winners Team, whose dedication and service towards society inspired everyone present.

On this special occasion, Mrs. Neetu Maheswari, Member of Swasth Samridh Parivaar and Nari Suraksha, conducted an informative session on Home Remedy Treatment, sharing valuable health tips and traditional remedies for better well-being.

We sincerely thank all our club members for their support and active participation in making this program successful.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to Little Modelities School, Gurung Basti for their cooperation and support.

District 322F Conference 2026

The Lions Club of Siliguri Unity Wings proudly attended the District 322F Conference 2026, a prestigious gathering celebrating leadership, service, and fellowship.

The two-day conference featured impactful service presentations, insightful sessions, engaging competitions, and meaningful fellowship with fellow Lions. Our club actively participated in all events with dedication and true Lion spirit.

We are especially proud to share that our esteemed member Lion Jaya Periwal was honoured with the International President Medal in recognition of her outstanding service. Furthermore, she has been appointed as DC Leo in the upcoming cabinet for the coming Lionistic year — a matter of great pride for our club.

The conference concluded on an inspiring note, strengthening our commitment to serve with unity, passion, and excellence.

Namaste Lions 🦁

We are pleased to present the report of our recent activity conducted by the Lions Club of Siliguri Unity Wings under Lions Clubs International, District 322F.

On 26th February 2026, at Deshbandhu Prathmik High Vidyalaya, Ward No. 1, we successfully completed and inaugurated our Permanent Project – Boring Water Facility, ensuring clean and safe drinking water for the school children.

The project was graciously supported and inspired by the presence of PDG Dr R K Agarwal, Lion Gangadhar Nakipuria and VDG-1 Lion Pankaj Maskara .whose encouragement added great value to the occasion.

Along with this, we celebrated Pre-Holi with the students and, under our “Food For All” initiative, served nutritious meals to around 450 children. We also distributed socks ,biscuits, fruits, and juice.

The project was successfully executed and brought great satisfaction to all members.

Today, our club successfully organized the “Food For All” program with the generous sponsorship of Uma Meshwari .The event was conducted smoothly, and we are happy to share that around 200 needy people were served meals.

A special thanks to ours members Lion Priyanka Agarwal, and Lion Jyoti Bansal for gracing the occasion with their presence and support. Your encouragement and participation truly added value to the success of this initiative.

On 15th February 2026, the Lions Club of Siliguri Unity Wings (Dist-322F) organized an Old Clothes Distribution program at Deshbandhu Prathmik High Vidyalaya, Ward No. 1.

Clothes were distributed to many needy individuals, spreading smiles and warmth. The initiative reminded us that donating unused clothes in good condition can truly make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.

The ceremony was solemnly performed in the gracious presence of the PST team, and the puja was carried out by their auspicious hands. This marks a proud and significant milestone for our club as we begin a project that will provide lasting benefit to the community.

This is a permanent project of our club, reflecting our long-term commitment to sustainable service and community welfare.
