PLAN Foundation has initiated the distribution of disaster relief kits in Jammu & Kashmir to support families affected by the recent flash floods and landslides.

With the generous support of Americares, a total of 5,000 relief kits are being distributed to help impacted communities meet their immediate needs and begin the process of recovery.

This initiative reflects our continued commitment to stand with communities in times of crisis and ensure timely humanitarian assistance reaches those who need it most.

Disaster Relief & Humanitarian Support | Gurdaspur, Punjab

PLAN Foundation continues its commitment to stand with communities in times of crisis. In Gurdaspur district of Punjab, 2,000 vulnerable families were provided Disaster Relief Kits, ensuring immediate support and dignity for those affected.

This relief drive was made possible with the generous support of Americares Foundation, whose partnership has helped reach families when they needed it most.

गंगा आरती हरिद्वार की एक अत्यंत पवित्र और आध्यात्मिक परंपरा है। प्रतिदिन सायंकाल हर की पौड़ी घाट पर होने वाली यह आरती माँ गंगा के प्रति श्रद्धा, आस्था और कृतज्ञता का प्रतीक मानी जाती है। जैसे ही सूर्य अस्त होता है, वैदिक मंत्रों के उच्चारण, शंखनाद और भजन–कीर्तन के साथ वातावरण पूरी तरह भक्तिमय हो जाता है। दीपों की लौ, गंगा जल की लहरों पर प्रतिबिंबित होकर एक अलौकिक दृश्य प्रस्तुत करती है।

गंगा आरती के दौरान श्रद्धालु दीपदान करते हैं और अपनी मनोकामनाएँ माँ गंगा के चरणों में अर्पित करते हैं। देश-विदेश से आए हजारों भक्त इस आरती में सम्मिलित होकर मानसिक शांति और आध्यात्मिक ऊर्जा का अनुभव करते हैं। यह आरती केवल एक धार्मिक अनुष्ठान नहीं, बल्कि भारतीय संस्कृति, पर्यावरण चेतना और नदी के प्रति सम्मान का जीवंत उदाहरण है।

प्लान फ़ाउंडेशन की टीम आज गानवी पंचायत, रामपुर ब्लॉक, जिला शिमला पहुँची और 38 बाढ़ प्रभावित परिवारों को राहत किट वितरित की।
आपदा से उबरने में समुदायों की मदद करने का हमारा प्रयास लगातार जारी है।
