It all started with a question that refused to be ignored.
“Why is there no school for us?”

That question led to action. Today, our Morning School Program stands as a space where learning is not just accessed, but experienced.

For over two decades, we’ve worked towards making education equitable by combining strong academics with nutrition, care, and meaningful exposure. From foundational learning in the early years to STEM-based exploration in middle school, and focused board preparation with career readiness in higher grades, each stage is designed to support both academic and holistic growth.

With a current batch of 270 students and a balanced gender ratio, the program continues to create pathways where potential is nurtured and opportunities are expanded.

Our Class 10 Board Results (2025–26) reflect more than outcomes on paper, they capture a journey shaped by consistent effort, strong foundations, and the quiet discipline of learning every day. Behind each score lies deliberate hard work - sleepless nights, long hours of revision, moments of self-doubt overcome, and the determination to keep going.

With a 100% pass percentage and an overall average of 78%, our students demonstrate what becomes possible when learning is purposeful and consistently supported.

This week started with tiny hands holding on a little tighter, quiet eyes taking everything in, and soft “goodbyes” at the gate
But step by step, smile by smile, something changed.

With warm welcomes and gentle encouragement, those unsure moments turned into little laughs, curious questions, and the first “can I sit with you?” 🎒

Our Class 1 stars are slowly finding their rhythm - making friends, feeling at home, and beginning a journey that’s just getting started.

This foundation empowered him to grow rapidly in his career, now a Manager at NTT Data, earning ~15 LPA and completing his MBA - showing how the right guidance and practical learning can transform potential into success.

A step into the workplace marks an important stage in every student’s journey. With support from , Sunita Upreti and Vicky Shah, along with many others, are building this transition with confidence and purpose.

Sunita is working as a Junior Accountant at OM Foundation while pursuing her B.Com, and Vicky is working as a Community Manager at Workshala Spaces while pursuing his B.Com. Their journeys reflect the ability to balance academic and professional responsibilities with discipline and focus.They continue to engage with real work environments while strengthening their academic foundation.

Sustainability should not remain a discussion. It should become design.

With that belief, on 25th February, it became infrastructure at OM.

What began as an ambitious vision is now taking tangible shape on our campus. With KPMG in India's support, our transition toward solar power has begun - through the installation of a 20 kW hybrid solar system (without battery), designed to meet over 60% of the school’s current electricity needs.

Ms. Ira Gupta Tuteja inaugurated the installation, marking the start of a long-term commitment to reducing our environmental footprint.

For our students, this is more than a utility upgrade. It is a living lesson.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the KPMG in India for their partnership in helping this vision take shape.
